Appartement conforme à la description, Bon rapport qualité prix,propre équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin avec terrasse privative bien ensoleillée situé au troisième étage dans une villa familiale très calme une place de parking devant la maison en sécurité....le propriétaire mr Karim est un personnage jovial , très cool serviable et toujours en contact joignable à tout Moment.... merci pour votre hospitalité je reviendrai sûrement.

Karym was super gastvrij en het ontvangst was helemaal prima. Stuurde ons ruim vooraf al informatie en reageert supersnel via app. Het verblijf ligt buiten Tunis en is netjes ingericht. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en voor eventuele boodschappen zit de supermarkt op 3 minuten lopen. Om de hoek zit de plaatselijke bakker met prima brood en voor iedereen die het leuk vindt de lokale koffiebar schenkt prima koffie. Vanuit het appartement ben je binnen korte tijd met de auto snel op de bekende plekken in de omgeving. Goede restaurant zijn ook op 5 minuten rijden. Wij raden dan ook iedereen aan om een aantal dagen in het appartement van Karym te verblijven. Hopelijk tot een volgende keer en nogmaals dank voor alle goede tips.

Accueil très chaleureux, Karym nous a aidés à monter les valises et nous a conseillé pour des restaurants. Jolie terrasse avec vue. Lumineux. Hôte charmant. Une télé avec les chaînes françaises et un bon wifi.
Les équipements sont un peu uses dans la cuisine. Le micro-ondes était sale..

The apartment was in excellent condition. Everything (including the washing machine) worked perfectly. The location is very convenient to get to via the TGM metro line. The host, Karim, was very kind accommodating.

We loved our stay at Karims appartment.
It's located in a local neighbourhood on top of a family house, where it has a big roof terrace and some nice views over the roofs of La Goulette. This view we enjoyed very much :-) The appartment is well equipped and really safe. And the best thing was, that Karim was super hospitable, there was great communication and he did everything to make us feel at home :-)
It's a short walk to both Carrefour and to the TGM train, that can take you directly to Sidi Bou Said or Tunis.

Mr Karem was gentleman and very friendly he gave us advice on where to go and what to eat and his advice was on point
The location of the property is is very convenient there are a bakery across the yard two supermarkets and a number of cafes. Also the lake 2 area is 5 minutes ride by taxi, Sidi busadi is about ten minutes away by tax and if you are a fan of fish and seafood then don't miss the restaurants in the famous area of Ben Zart Karem recommended a restaurant and we had to go back the next day it was so good

It was extremely clean with good air conditioning. The kitchen was very useful, the view was nice on the top floor (morning sun).
The hot water never really got that hot, probably not a huge problem in Tunis for 80% of the year, but on a chilly winter evening/morning it wasn’t ideal. The shower head could be fixed too, it was too close to the wall.

Our Host Karim is a very friendly, kindhearted, helpful and well mannered man. Communication was excellent from booking till our last day in his apartment. Upon our arrival he picked us up from the airport and showed us the surrounding area of the apartment, beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. We felt very welcomed by him and his family. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment!! Thanks for everything and see you next time!

We had great communication right from the time of reservation. Our host met us at the property to give us the keys and show us the apartment.
The property had parking right outside was well-furnished and clean. The neighbourhood was quiet and it's less than a minute walk to a supermarket. Or bakery.
The reason we booked this property is because we needed somewhere to accommodate our little dog and also it was really close to the port where we would take the ferry to France the next day.
Our wonderful host even took us right to the ferry terminal, which exceeded our expectations.
