The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the owner very friendly. I had a wonderful experience at the Iman Kazoku TimurBay Ville.

The room smell good, with nice decorations. There were five different pools which our kids enjoyed very much and it was opened till 10pm

The location was superb...facing seaview and pool
No cooking allowed inside the unit. The info was not made known until the day of arrival. Quite inconvenient as we planned for a 5 day stay. Only a microwave was available for warmup food. As such we had to plan our meals outside as we are not able to cook a simple meal.

The unit was easily access, near the carpark lift.. go down the lift to ground floor u will see big swimming pool overlooking south china sea ..
It was equiped with aircond, heater, washing machine and hugeee refrigerator and the most crucial; coway water filter!!
As for entertainment, there were toys (to play inside and also beach toys, so no need to buy if u forgot to bring😜)..huge TV with netflix
Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights for both work and leisure, we had great time 🥰
can prepare more plastic utensil for kids

Iman Kazoku offers a very nice ambience, clean and pleasant scent in all rooms..even the bathroom! The Japanese vibe can be warmly felt and seen; thus, it makes our staycation special and unique. Thank you so much Pn. Dee for the great hospitality! For the improvement, it would be better if the microwave works so that the facilities offered can be used greatly.
p/s: the sofa was a bit smelly..but the sofa cover helps a lot😉

Iman Kazoku TimurBay Ville. It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience.
I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.

Everything! from the Host until everything inside the room! it was spacious, very clean, swimming pool and beach view. If you want to have a Japanese Theme house, well this is your place for short vacation.
