The breakfast was perfect!!! The Whole Team of this Hotel is Amazing!! Very kind, very helpful….we enjoyed our Stay and we will come again !! 100% Recommendation :)

Cleaning

Lovely, efficient welcome. Comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast (vegetarian). Easy access, good location on promenade with no traffic noise.

Asked for different pillows (they were very large) and more coat hangers, but didn't get either

Exceptional hospitality! Breakfast is fantastic!!!. The staff are very kind and helpful. They went out of their way and prepared early breakfast for our paragliding activities. Managers are really friendly and approachable. The rooms are really good. Excellent location. Selen and Zeki must find a special mention. Thank you for making a memorable holiday. Really appreciate.

Turkish Breakfast was great, location right on the beach, pool was lovely, very quiet. Lovely view from the balcony.

The air con in the room was a bit noisey

Location was excellent, right on the beach, the breakfast was delicious and a perfect variety... Nice coffee and delicious juice too. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed using the pool which was clean and a nice temperature. We ate at the fish restaurant one evening and the food was good. Fabulous view from the balcony of our room. One evening the weather wasn't good and the log fire was very welcoming to the diners under the canopy! The hotel sent a taxi to pick us up from the airport and arranged our return... Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Room needed a little improvement here and there but was comfortable. For our personal preference, the pillow was a bit hard, the spare pillow didn't have a cover on it, the toilet roll wasn't replenished by the maid and for some odd reason, she kept turning the water off for the toilet to refill but we worked out how to turn it back on??!! Otherwise the room was cleaned well every day and the bed linen and towels changed every day.

Location was good , near all the restaurants. thats the only thing we liked about this hotel

the staff was very rude, my dad who is 55 years old slipped by the water on the floor, and fell on the floor. and instead of helping him and apologies, they said you should have seen the sign which was 30 mt away from the actual water

The hotel is amazing! Very good location, close to all sorts of restaurants, right next to the beach and close to small shops and supermarkets in case you want to grab some water, fruit, drinks or snacks. The staff was super polite and helpful, any questions were resolved fast and easy. Help was offered at every stage. We liked availability of the pools, air conditioning in the rooms and sunbeds/umbrellas on the beach. The breakfast was tasty with tons of options and in reality it looked even bigger that it seemed while quickly scrolling the photos here. We especially liked the balcony in the room and the sea view from it.

I'm not complaining, everything below is just a constructive feedback, some improvement ideas: - though the breakfast was great and big, we could never finish all that was served. We found that it would be easier and more efficient to have a classic, buffet style breakfast. That would also reduce the amount of leftovers/waste - WiFi connectivity could be better. Most of the time the signal was weak, connection dropped, or my laptop was just failing to login - Shower was loose, almost impossible to fix properly. It wouldn't stop me from staying in this hotel again, but I believe that fixing it is an easy win that would greatly improve customer satisfaction :)

The location of the hotel was fantastic with the sea on the doorstep. The staff from the receptionist Sezer to all the servers at the restaurant were friendly and polite. The food was good and the ambiance being directly near the sea was a bonus. The only negative about the hotel was the shower which needs some tlc. Would I stay there again, yes I would!
