This is a stunning apprtment situated in the heart of the Epernay Champagne Houses...in fact directly opposite Pol Roger and across from Perrier Jouet. The Avenue de Champagne is classified as a world Heritage site so you get to stay in the heart of this. Audrey the owner greets you and leaves a lovely bottle of her own champagne in the fridge! Facilities are great...kitchen...lounge and bedrooms but the icing on the cake are the 2 balconies ...1 overlooking Pol Roger on the Ave. de Champagne and the other giving a vista of the Champagne vineyards across the whole escarpment from Hautvillers into the distance...Magical

Perfect location. Perfect feel about the whole apartment. Beautiful views of the surrounding hills full of vines and the Champagne avenue. Peaceful too.

The apartment was wonderful for our purposes. The house is quiet. Some noises could be heard from the street at night, but the apartement has quite good curtains and blocks for noise. Everything that you might need for your stay, can be found. Very clean and comfortable.

During hot summerdays the bedrooms may get hot.

Perfect. I tend to have always something to complain about , but really this time I could not find anything. The place was just perfect, the location could not be better, super new, clean and everything had been though off. I have travelled extensively and seldom have I found a place so well taken care off , clean and perfectly equipped . The host met us at the apartment for check in and check out ( both times impeccably on time ) explained everything and gave us a complementary bottle of champagne . All the small touches where there to make the stay as pleasant as possible , kitchen and bathroom essentials , cold water and ice in the fridge . Perfect. Fantastic views and like someone said its even better then the pictures . We booked last minute but I imagine we got lucky with some late cancelation by someone else ,this must be one of those places that sells out fast.

Great location close to champagne houses and restaurants. Clean and tidy apartment with good facilities. Secure parking included. Helpful host who met us on arrival with Champagne!
