The property had black dust hanging from the ceiling and a lot of dust caked on the vents. Balcony door handle broken, most of the pictures were broken and in drawers. Cabinets were upside down. Tons of rust on light fixtures and handles. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and there were no blankets for the beds. Remotes didn’t work and were missing batteries. No drain stopper for bathtub to take a bath. Bathroom vent was falling out of the ceiling

Banana bed in master and 2 burners were out on stove. We didn’t use the dishwasher because it was clogged when we checked in. 3 inches of water at the bottom.

The entire condo could use and actual good cleaning vs hitting the hotspots only if you're allergic to dust, this isn't the one for you! Those ceiling fans haven't been dusted in ages, having a thick blanket of fur on them.. Barely any cooking equipment inside condo,

Nice older building. Easy access to/from parking/beach/pool. Quiet during my stay. The decor of the condo was up-to-date and furnished with everything you need. Beautiful view from balcony.

Upon walking in condo, first noticed the strong smell of ammonia. Very strong. I hoped it meant it was clean. However, the bathroom floor was gritty. Hair on toilet seat and in bathtub. The door knob from bathroom to hallway was broken and door would not open. I reported this issue within the hour of my arrival/check-in and 3 different times during my 3 day stay, which I received a response each time, it would be repaired and indicated someone would there soon. However, no one came to repair/replace during my stay. The kitchen counter top was gritty and dirty when I wiped off. The strong ammonia smell seemed to be coming from the kitchen sink. Low rating on cleanliness. This is unacceptable to me, since a cleaning service fee is included in the price. At check-out, I left the condo cleaner than when I arrived. With exception to bedding and bath towels, which are cleaned by cleaning service. I chose to clean to my liking and enjoy the rest of my stay. The sliding door to the washer/dryer is warped and hard to open/close. The bed was comfortable. I suggest putting black-out curtains on the bedroom due to the auto-lighting in the outside corridor, would come on/off as people are using the elevator. I encountered a few of the residents and they were very nice and welcoming. I did not encounter any of the staff. The young lady, Alex, with the beach service that offers the umbrella/chairs was super nice! The rate for all-day rental, during my stay, was $45 per day or $80 for two days. There is a sign at the end of the boardwalk with their contact info or you can just go sit in a chair and someone will come by to collect your $$.

Close to things and quiet.

Tv were not working. Local staff put batteries in and also reset him on sets. Tv is little outdated.

Floors were dirty Sliding glass door handle was broken and part of the wall was coming off, it sleeps 6 but only one mirror no blow dryer

Maintenance issues, mostly cosmetic. Broken deadbolt on entry door
