the bed was slanting, bed sheets too short for queen bed, clogged toilet -the showering area flooded

cleanliness, facilities, hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow.

the room 202 is too near to the entrance, can’t sleep well when people keep going in and out. too noisy as the level is second floor with balcony and it’s connected to other rooms. no lift. not bright enough int the room.

very clean and in a good location - outside the main downtown area which in the case of Tawau is a good thing. staff were lovely and friendly

The hotel room is relatively small compared to the room rate.

Clean. Spacious. Convenient with all the eateries downstairs. Ample carpark.

1. sound proofing could be improved. I was given room 101 which is near the main entrance to all rooms. I could hear people going in and out, the noises from door opening and closing, and people talking on the walkway. 2. the hot water shower label was turned around. I turned to cold water but it was actually the hottest setting. It can be a disaster because hottest setting is marked as C (cold). Someone whos not aware could get burnt easily.

So clean..good staff..smell good once u reach the hallway of hotel room..so recommended and very worth of money🤩♥️..got so many restaurant ,also got Guardian for toiletteries if u need..😁
