The food and relaxing atmosphere. Appreciate the effort regarding the room decoration for my Girlfriend's Birthday.

No fridge nor TV in room. FYI.

Staff, amenities and everything was great.

Lovely spacious rooms and the most attentive, friendly staff.

Tea time was good with delicious goreng pisang. Dinner was with lots of spread to offer and the ambitious was good.

Rooms were exceptional

Reception staff were difficult to commicate our needs to due to language barriers but we put this down to minimal staff available since it was Eid

very welcoming and helpful staff, good food, comfortable rooms, good transport to and from the jetty, provided toiletries

no ladders when you jumped into the sea to get back to your room, half finished hotel, pool unfinished and tiles looked very old, room was not cleaned to a satisfactory level, price was too high for what you get, sun beds uncomfortable without cushions and 2/4 were broken upon arrival

Gorgeous rooms in a beautiful location and the owner Eric is so helpful and friendly. excellent buffet lunches and dinners too with a good variety and range of dishes

There was nothing that we didn’t like about this hotel, but it was sad to see how much plastic and trash there was in the sea around, which wasn’t the hotels fault and is something we saw everywhere in Semporna, but it did put us off wanting to swim from our deck

this resort is more than I expected. This resort is definitely a 5 start resort. The room is spacious , comfortable and clean. The food is delicious and I love the fried plantains. The service is more than 5 star. All the staffs and the owner always try their best to help with anything we need. highly recommend.
