Easy to get to, good position and private

Location was ideal for our requirements. 10 minute walk to centre of town and a stones throw to the local supermarket. House and garden were secluded although next to a busy thoroughfare.
It suited our needs perfectly, so can’t think of a negative.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and despite being in a central location was very quiet and peaceful. The on-site private parking is a huge bonus. The owners were extremely helpful, friendly and responded to any questions very quickly.

The location of the property was perfect for the Mod venues and eating places. Although it was close to the main roads it was very quiet in the property. It was easy getting into the property. The flat was very spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The only thing missing was a sieve!

The location was excellent and having the property all inclosed made it feel private .

Although the location was near a busy road, it was very quiet. All the rooms, living room, kitchen and bedrooms were very well appointed. Tastefully decorated throughout. Lovely and secluded garden. Morrison’s supermarket on your doorstep. I hope to return in the future, it was a delightful break away.
I’m not sure this is relevant, but as map-reading is a challenge for me, it would have been greatly appreciated if a plaque with the address of ‘1 Saint Catherine’s Cottage’ was attached to the wooden gates. This is not a criticism of the the accommodation or of the owners.

St Catherine’s Cottage was very clean and extremely comfortable, its close to major supermarkets so easy to get anything you’ve forgotten.
We had everything we needed and more, it was well equipped and garden was lovely and although it’s in a city it was a haven.
The owners were very friendly and helpful, whilst being professional.
We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect.

The location was great - a short stroll to all the facilities of central Perth, and right next door to a large Morrisons.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-decorated. On-site, secure parking was very useful - the property had an attractive walled garden.
It is hard to find things to criticise as everything was fine. However if pushed to find points for improvement:
- a coffee maker would have been nice,
- maybe more luxurious towels (whilst the towels were clean and serviceable they had lost their fluffiness).
