This was the cleanest self catering location that I have ever stayed in, and my daughter agreed, she owns a cleaning company herself. The generosity of the hosts included tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water, jams, shortbread, all personal washing and laundry supplies - and best of all a bottle of Prosecco! The location was superb - very easy to find from the motorway, two minutes walk from a Tesco store and four minutes from the shopping centre of the city. There was every piece of cooking equipment we could need and a generous supply of crockery and cutlery. The timing of the central heating was very generous and an ideal temperature.

There were no negative aspects to the apartment.

The apartment meet expectations and more. Was clean, and had everything and more to meet our requirements. The location was so central and close to all shops, bars etc and the apartment also had parking. When visiting Perth again I would stay here and also recommend to others

A comfortable pad right in the midst of the city, yet feeling removed and private. Easy resident car parking in the courtyard. Easy access around the city centre on foot. Lots of nice little touches and provisions on arrival making guests feel welcome and valued. Good wi-fi connection. Alexa also on hand. We didn't need to contact the hosts during our stay, but felt they were readily available should we have needed to. What is there not to like!

Small issue- was no lock on toilet. I personally don't like shower over bath, so could I recommend a holding rail on the wall getting out.

The master bedroom mattress should be replaced. It’s a bit lumpy. You can feel the springs.

The accomodation was spot on, really clean, a good location and the little extras provided by the hosts were an added bonus. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this accomodation if visiting Perth.

The flat was a little gem, a really central location and the off street parking was great. The flat has all the home from home comforts and all the extras really made it, including great Wi-fi. We have family in Perth so now we’ve found this little place, we will definitely be back as it was a great base for us.

Superb appartement, decorated with great taste, spotlessly clean and very well equiped with everything you might need for your stay. The appartement is also well located and allows for day trips around Perth. The hosts are extremely responsive and had the nicest of attentions. We enjoyed tremendously our stay and will come back again.

The property was very central for restaurants and we particularly enjoyed Paco’s,so much so that we went back a second time.

The quirky bathroom was interesting other than that the property was excellent.

Excellent location in city centre. Wonderful apartment for a couple, with very good facilities and well equipped kitchen for “home” cooking. The extras were fabulous including fresh fruit, wine, waters, coffee, tea, biscuits etc.

There is nothing to be overtly critical about, although the bathroom was small.

Location, parking and close to a Tesco metro as well as blue for money, well done.

The flat was beautifully decorated and spotlessy clean. Everything you needed was there and a lovely touch with a bottle of Prosecco. It was in an ideal position within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Would definately recommend and will visit again.
