Such a cracking wee place. Although my mum has copd, so would have been good to know about the stairs. However, I would go back in a heartbeat. Breakfast in the cafe below was superb also.
So many stairs.

Everything was great! Clean, comfortable and superb location. Breakfast included at the cafe downstairs was unreal!
Only thing was that there are a lot of narrow stairs with no lift making it difficult to get bags in and out.

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a stay away from home. Excellent location, right in the centre of the town and close to everything you need, beach, etc. comfortable bed and furniture.
We managed to park on a side street but I think we were lucky as everywhere, including the car parks, was very busy.

Lovely clean apartment. I was impressed by with high end decoration and furnishings and the apartment had all the necessary appliances for short stay.
I was with my mother who found the stairs difficult, as she was on the top floor, but other than that, there was no issues.

Close to the bus station and supermarket, everything we needed was in walking distance and the distant views of the mountains were great. Very close to the beach, shops and amusements. We also had a slightly early check in, and while we’d not received our check in details (perhaps due to the earlier check in) with a quick call to the host we had the details immediately.
The breakfast in the cafe was nice but was not complimentary as mentioned in a previous review.
The noise of the pelican crossing can be heard throughout the day and a fan/motor outside could be heard throughout the night. You can also hear the seagulls early in the morning but these things would be out of hosts control. It was also very warm in the apartment - may need a fan to help future guests.
Would be good to have a sponge or something to help clean any spillages on kitchen sides etc.

The mattress was very comfortable and the apartment was extremely clean
No lift! , apartment felt a bit cramped for a family of 4, and didn't like being asked to strip bedlinen off beds before leaving

Absolutely spotless apartment in the center of Newcastle Town. Fantastic location beside the beach. Beds were so comfy with proper clean sheets. Bathroom was great with super shower and towels.
No place to put your rubbish when full

Perfect location, exceptionally clean very modern.
Iron didn't work, Ironing board was in two pieces, hair dryer didn't work. All were replaced very quickly when notified but should have been checked before checkin.

Very noisy as apartment was on Main Street with continuous traffic and also was up 4 flights of stairs .

Excellent position in the centre of the town. Short walk to beach, surrounded by shops and good restaurants.
Comfortable, free parking a short walk. Nice, sunny living room.

It was a cold weekend and we could get heat on the heaters were on lock and couldn't boost them apart from that it was great place

My sister and I stayed here to celebrate our mum's 70th birthday. It was ideal for the celebrations. We had a lovely break.
