It was quiet, clean, spacious and centrally located.

Location was great being in the centre of town, it was very private and cosy and felt like a proper home.

Everything inside the property is excellent! Very nice indeed.
As a short sighted lens wearer who is now 'long sighted' too (age), the initial steep steps were iffy for me, and I wasn't crazy about the staircase either (though the handrail was a blessing).

the code we received was not good. was still the code from previous visit and we were lucky we arrived just 5 minutes before 5pm so we could get help from the person in the shop and sorry but way too expansive for value. Only advantage is location but impossible to sleep with the noise

spacious and comfortable, had everything I needed, even though it was in the centre of town it was nice and quiet
the only thing I didn’t like was climbing the stairs, but I can’t fault anything else

Everything provided inc salt, pepper, oil, pint of milk, washing powder for washer/drier.
Portable fan was brilliant in the heat.

Night light in kitchen was great.
Ideal location in middle of town centre.
Car parking was 'first come first served' but we managed well.
Wifi signal for phone (02) not good.
Tv had intermittent interference, but ok.

Central location was excellent, people very friendly.
The stairs are a wee bit scary.
Not knowing where supermarkets we're caused an issue. If you offered a small delivery service for basics would be good & helpful.

Great stay. The owner was very helpful and communicative and made the check in process easy. The flat was a lovely, peaceful space with all the facilities we needed. Perfect for our stay in Dumfries whilst visiting family. Would recommend!

Our location was perfect it was local to shops cafes bars. We were greeted and welcome and the apartments are fabulous
