My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The accessibility of the condo and beach were great. Not crowded at all and the condo was perfect for all of us. We had family game night, watched TV at night together. Very family friendly for a family of 9. We will definitely look at staying here again.

Beautiful corner unit with amazing views. Great location with small beach crowds, short walk all to FloraBama. Ice vending machine and indoor tennis/pickleball courts were the best amenities!

We stay at the Phoenix IX almost every year. This is a beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom corner unit. All bedrooms have balcony access with a view. The living/kitchen area is wrapped in window so there is no area without a view! This year when we arrived, the ac unit in the living area was not cooling. Management responded quickly and, unfortunately, the unit had to be replaced. Thankfully the unit that cools all the bedrooms was working so we made it fine until the other unit was replaced.

The view from each room is absolutely amazing as shown in the photos. Check in was a breeze. Detail cleanliness need to be addressed. Management did address but we were not present when the staff came to clean. Some issues mentioned were missed however, it wasn’t enough to ruin or prevent us from staying and enjoying our trip. Bedding need to be updated and season appropriate. TV’s are not Customer friendly we had to call support just to turn them on. If the above mention is corrected it is an excellent place to stay.

We had a group of 6. We all had a great time. Check in (once we found the office) was great. A number of people checking at the same time as our group were confused as to where to go to check in. It was not clear.

The unit was excellent and as described. Gorgeous views from every room. East check in/out process and the beach was amazing. I have one suggestion that doesn’t reflect on the unit but the building management…the pool needed some attention (cleaning). Has nothing to do with VRBO or the management company. Would stay there again!!

The unit was fabulous. Clean, well-supplied. And the view was phenomenal. Staff was very friendly and the property was pristine. We had a couple of small maintenance issues that were handled extremely well. We will stay here again!

Wonderful 3 BR condo. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 small children. Loved the large balcony also. Staff at condo very nice too. Easy beach access .

Gorgeous views! The kitchen and living room were very spacious. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bath/shower. The place was very clean and not cluttered. Plenty of space for our luggage. The beach when we went in June was free of seaweed and jellyfish. The water was clear and the beach was gorgeous. Just be prepared for there to be a little drop off between the beach and the water. We had to dig a path in the sand because it was so high that you had to climb up. It was difficult for my senior parents to get to the water.

Everything was perfect. Stunning views and everyone loved the balcony. No regrets! If we come back to this area we will definitely return to this condo.

The property was great and had all the space we needed for our family of 17 total to gather. The unit was stocked pretty well, the beds were comfy enough, the pillows were firm (if you like soft then bring your own). The seating for playing games and eating dinner was a little short but we made it work. The balcony was very spacious but shy on seating - the loungers take up a lot of space but we squeezed some other chairs in. The biggest problems we had were really complex issues - the beach chair guys didn't have a lot of room to set up rentals because of the "empty" space in the middle and that parking garage is really snug for a large vehicle to maneuver. Proximity to FloraBama was great. We walked down for our boat day and to eat several meals. Overall it was a great stay and I would absolutely stay there again.

This place was amazing. Tremendous views and the condo was more than adequate for our 2 couples. No towels in the workout room which was odd and the condo only had 2 kitchen towels. Only complaint I had which is nit picking for sure. Balcony was perfect, it wrapped around the entire unit which is very cool. The grills downstairs worked out great. Perfect location and I would stop looking and book this place.

This condo is truly as described, with tons of space and a million-dollar view. There are more good restaurants within a short drive than we could possibly visit in our two week stay. It certainly didn't hurt that the weather was very pleasant for us snowbirds (Seven inches of snow at home the day we checked out.) Would definitely stay here if we ever visit this part of the Gulf Coast again.

Overall the property was magnificent. We only had issues with cell service. Continual SOS only on our iPhones. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

There were a few broken doors, but the property manager was quick to respond when I notified them about it. The sunrise view on the beach from the property balcony was gorgeous!

Fantastic stay in a fantastic property. Views were spectacular!! When the listing says "Every room is a room with a view" that is a perfectly accurate description. From the moment we arrived, the gentleman at the security gate was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave accurate directions getting to the unit, correct elevators, and directions to places we went to dine. While on the beach, we walked to the Flora-Bama for refreshments. We'll be back.

The condo was as nice …actually even nicer than the pictures. Perfect location. We had everything we needed and we enjoyed this vacation so much.

The view was fantastic and the property was clean and as pictured online. My only compliant is minor, with a property this large a full size coffee pot should be provided instead of a small hotel size. We had to maker several pots each morning. A k-cup was also provided but with this many adults, waiting on a cup took forever. Otherwise no complaints.

Girls' trip 2022 was so relaxing and enjoyable in this very clean, spacious, beautiful condo. The wrap around porch gave us the most perfect view of the Gulf. A perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon appetizers and drinks. The condo had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Just wanted to get away for my birthday and this was the perfect getaway, aside from the i cooperative weather. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it. The condo was beautiful and well furnished, with an amazing view!! Can’t wait to come back!!
