We received a text before arriving stating that our stove was not working and someone would come out to fix it. Someone did arrive the next day to fix an outlet. We asked about the stove, he glanced at it and said it was broken. After that, it took a phone call each day and the stove was never fixed. We ended up having a broken stove and cooktop our whole stay. I did finally get a phone from a manager stating that we can put in a order to see if we could get compensation. We should automatically get compensation. We had 8 people staying at a house for 5 days without a working cooktop or stove. About two weeks later, I received a credit for $110 on my credit card. No one called or emailed me to let me know about this. And only $110?!!’ How did they come up with this amount? We had to plan meal’s carefully since we did not have a stove or cook top. Currently, it’s been 3 days and still no one has contacted me about the $110!!

Home is fabulous, the pictures give you an idea of the layout, and it is even better when you enter! Gourmet kitchen is the best part, you never have to eat out, if you choose! The canopy lounge is a great place to unwind and whatch college football/ basketball! The bike path is directly across the entrance and Lawton stables is only 1 mile away…if your up for a longer ride harbourtown is just up the pathway from there! Salty dog too! Fishing from the shore is great, we caught 40” Red drum and a black tip shark…released back into the Atlantic! This was my first trip to 3 Sandhill Crane and truly enjoyed the time here! Try the she crab soup at Salty Dog! Thank you!! Nick

Spent 4 days enjoying all Hilton head had to offer. Great location and accommodations were awesome.

We have stayed in this same house 3 or 4 times but since it’s under new ownership this year the kitchen seems much better stocked with cooking utensils, the house is always clean and perfect for us.

Each bedroom with bath. Location - short walk to beach. Wagon was a great help. Sea Pines is the best!

A large roomy comfortable house just a short walk to the beach.

The house was very comfortable and large enough to accommodate everyone. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. However the pool and furniture around the pool was of poor quality and some pieces were broken including a table with a tile missing The bench outside by the pool needed a coat of paint and the deck surrounding the pool should be cleaned.

This house was the perfect arrangements for a family. The house needed a little TLC but overall was quite adequate. We would come back.

This place was perfect for 4 families. There is so much space; including bathrooms for all! We had room to spread out but still had areas to congregate. Kitchen is top of the line and stocked with everything you need. There were pool and beach equipment to use as well. The pool is great and it’s a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We loved the house and the location was perfect! Very close to the beach and we were able to ride our bikes everywhere. The kids absolutely loved playing in the pool while we enjoyed cocktails on the patio. The layout is pretty unique with two spacious living areas - it's great for multiple families or for kids who want their own space. The kitchen is impressive and very well equipped. We cannot wait to come back and stay at Sandhill Crane 3!

This was great for all 10 of us who were in Hilton Head for tennis. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable plus a great location with a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this home.

This house was perfect for our extended family. Teens upstairs with their own rooms, lounge and big screen TV. Downstairs for the adults with their own rooms, great room and large TV.

The location in Sea Pines was great. There was a short walking path to beach from the house that was only 5 mins. The layout of the the house was great. We had 3 families with teens that enjoyed the 2nd LR upstairs while the adults hung out on the main floor. Plenty of bedrooms and beds to give everyone their own space. Would stay here again.

This is a great property for a large group We had 4 couples and a single, many of them strangers when they arrived and friends when they left Everyone had their own private space, but the open community area made getting to know each other easy.Close to the beach and everything that HHI has to offer Vacasa were friendly, helpful and made life easy for our stay

The place has been updated and is a lot prettier than in the pictures. The kitchen was totally gutted and redone. The floors in the living room were all new. Everything worked unlike the other reviews. The place was clean, and the location inside sea pines is ideal. It was a short stroll to the beach. The only complaints werent about the property itself, but rather the property management company Vacasa. The management company told us the pool would be heated on 3 different occasions and never fixed that. They told us they would bring out new chair cushions for the outdoor chairs (Seagull poop), and they never did. All in all, the property was great for a family, but the management company needs to step their game up. I would stay there again if Vacasa wasnt the management company.

We loved our 6 days at 3 Sandhills Crane. It’s a great location in Sea Pines with the beach within an easy walk. The home is very spacious with two masters and two living areas. The new kitchen is lovely and well appointed. We will definitely come back—we’ve already booked a return trip!
