I had to pay for breakfast like oh hell nah I even had to pay for parking like I would rather go out of the country to get those things for free

Nothing at all everything was expensive I really should’ve just burned the whole building down for how expensive it was like who did they think they are

I loved the rooftop bar and pool. It felt like I was in Mexico on vacation. I also enjoyed the happy hour down in the lobby bars. You can not beat $7 cocktails. I was here for Dreamcon and it was so convenient to the convention center.

The gate to enter the pool was broken so i was not able to get i unless someone opened it for me.

I liked that the hotel was downtown. It was very convenient to walk to the places we wanted to visit.

I did not like how small the room was! We barely had room to move around. Thank goodness I was with my fiance. There was not enough privacy if I was with friends or even other family. A big problem was the end of the bed protrudes out. I let my leg several times trying to navigate around. It has left bruises on my leg. We wanted to swing in the rooftop pool. It was my reason for selecting this hotel. IT was packed. We could not get a toe in there and it was disappointing. I paid almost 270+ for one night and didn't enjoy at all

That I had to pay for breakfast and I got over charge for breakfast, and valet parking It took 30 days to get a refund.

Great room in a good location right in the heart of downtown Austin.
