Great house for multi family vacation. Very convenient to all the attractions of North Conway.

My extended family and I. Have been making an annual trip to North Conway for several years now and this is the first house we have stayed in twice. The house was in a great location (2 minutes from Cranmore, 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from Storyland and close to many other attractions we enjoyed) and the house had more than enough room for 6 adults and 4 kids. It was clean, comfortable, and I would Definitely stay here again.

Large place with great access to Cranmore and North Conway. Everything was as described in listing. Lots of AC units made sure every room was comfy. Would stay again.

The pictures dont do it justice. All the rooms are so much larger than expected. So much space for everyone to gather or not. Bonus finished basement was perfect for our family of 4 with a 4 year old to escape when needed. Fully stocked kitchen and perfectly cleaned. minutes to everything in N.Conway. Thanks Marc! Looking forward to our next trip.

Awesome layout! Up to date! Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The porch off the master bedroom and living room is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. Ate breakfast there every morning. Played cards on porch at night. The basement is a wonderful family cave with a full bath plenty of beds a pool table and wii. Marc was responsive and helpful. Excellent location for our Saco tubing trip Right next to cranmore.

This house was great. There was a lot of room and the location was great. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was so clean and beautiful! We had five adults and five children. We had plenty of room! I feel it was an excellent value for the amount of space. I would highly recommend this home.

We’ve stayed at Marc’s home twice - once during ski season and once for a summer trip to North Conway. Both times we stayed with multiple families and always felt like there was enough space to comfortably enjoy our stays. The bedrooms are spacious, kitchen has everything we needed, living room was open and airy. And so clean! Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a easy stay in a great location (3 minutes from Cranmore).

We have stayed at several places and this one is at the top of the list! First of all, it is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at. The decor is in keeping with the area and creates a relaxing atmosphere. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Though every room was ideal, the sunroom was our favorite. Perfect for morning coffee, or quiet evening conversations. The location could not be better. Off the main road, but close to everything. We would definitely book again!

This was one of the priciest homes in the area but we chose it anyway based on the professional management but probably should have passed. I had emailed the company with a question prior to final payment and it took them more than a month to respond! The house itself was clean and well appointed. We were really disappointed that there were no darts to use with the dartboard and no instructions on how to use the tv or the gas fireplace. Noticed there was mold in the washing machine and it smelled, we didn’t need to use it so that didn’t really effect us. My biggest frustration is that we had no idea what to do with the trash. The info from Evolve clearly said we had to bring it to the neighborhood dumpster. We drove all around looking for one and found nothing. I called the emergency contact/property owner to find out where to put the trash. He didn’t answer the call and didn’t call back for an hour so guess who had to drive three hours with smelly trash in the backseat? Owner tried to tell me he had sent instructions but when shown proof he hadn’t, he admitted he must have forgotten. All in all this was a lovely home but it was seriously overpriced. There are many more beautiful homes reasonably priced with responsive management and ownership.

A quick weekend get away for some shopping and site seeing, this was a perfect cozy home. Very spacious and clean. Wish we had more time!

We had a fantastic week stay in this house! Our two families had plenty of room and all the amenities of home provided! The house is the perfect location, just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. It was a very hot week and AC worked well. We had 4 kids with us ages 5-10 and they loved the bunk bed room, downstairs living room and pool table! Marc, the property owner, was very attentive to our questions. Thank you for a wonderful week!

The location and cleanliness of the property is second to none. There was 8 family members ranging in age from 6 to 84. Everyone enjoyed the property and everything we did was 20 minutes or less away. 5 stars!!

This house was amazing. This property was extremely clean. The bedrooms were large and plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again.

This house is great! Well kept, with plenty of space for the family and friends. The location is amazing, just minutes from downtown and the outlets...not to mention the amazing views of the area.

The property had plenty of room for 2 couples, 2 teens and 4 kids ages 7-12 to sleep and spread out in various rooms. Very clean and well stocked. Private area set in wooded surroundings. Great House for kids to play safely on one floor while parents relax on another. Closed in porch off of living room was very peaceful on cool summer night. Very close to downtown North Conway activities. We would definitely return!

We loved the home. It is a great place for family. Located at the base of Mt Cranmore. The house was fully stocked and very comfortable. We can’t wait to stay there again!

We spent 3 nights at this property and it was everything we hoped for. Very spacious home with lots of room for the 9 of us that stayed there. It was close to everything we had planned for the weekend and yet secluded enough from the hustle and bustle. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the 4 9year old kids. They could enjoy their very own space while the grown ups hung out on the main floor.

The property was a great layout for 2 families (teenagers & younger kids!). Plenty of space for all, and the place was sparkling clean. We hope to rent here again!

Perfect layout for our two families (group of 9). plenty of space to be together and comfortably sleep/have privacy. Very clean, very comfortable. Easy 5 minute drive to North Conway and Cranmore. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. All appliances were clean, new and in great working condition. We came in the winter - but noticed there was AC - not always available in NH summer rentals.

Can't say enough about this condo! The bedrooms are spacious, large open floorplan (kitchen and living room), downstairs "kid zone" offered a large space to hang out and play. Easily fit three families. One of the best spots we've stayed in while visiting North Conway. The owner was super responsive. We'll definitely be back!
