We lived in Marietta for over 24 years. Returned for my daughter’s surgery. We still have family in Cobb county! This location was perfect for us! We LOVE the Marietta Square! The Carriage House was perfect for us! Cozy with a very open feeling! Lots of windows and light! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The cottage was well stocked. Kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and the washer and dryer were very nice.
One suggestion would be - the couch and matching oversized chair in
the living room could be updated. They seemed a little worn down, not very comfortable.
All in all the cottage was nice and enjoyable. The surrounding neighborhood was lovely.

The carriage house was a perfect and comfortable stay while in Marietta for our son's wedding!
It was well appointed, and we even had a chance to enjoy the backyard firepit with the newlyweds!!
Would stay here again and hope to do so soon!

The property was great but it is not a short walk to the square it is a long uphill walk that was a little misleading but everything else lived up to expectations.
The street position could have been a little more identified on such a busy road.

We came to the area for a baseball tournament. This was our 4th and final trip and I wish that we had found this property sooner! It is close to the interstate, restaurants, and groceries. The Marietta Square is within walking distance. The neighborhood and property is very, very nice.

Perfect house walking distance to Marietta
We really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. It was comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed the bonfire and fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to be able to walk to Marietta Square, with lots of dining options. We were in town for a baseball tournament at LakePoint and it was an easy drive. We will be back. Thanks Wayne!
