A friends’ weekend took advantage of this compact and well-situated place — walking distance from all the downtown and waterfront offerings. Furnishings were thoughtful and spotlessly clean. Our host was the perfect blend of helpful and discrete so we cruised smoothly through our visit. Completely satisfied and highly recommend to others.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. Wonderful open apartment in a beautiful spot. Walking distance to the university, downtown and the lake!! Everything was perfect!!

Very comfortable and clean and so roomy. Easy walk to anywhere downtown or on the waterfront. Bustling neighborhood but surprisingly quiet once you get inside. Kitchen was well stocked but given the proximity to so many great eateries, we didn’t make a single meal there. Highly recommend.

Beutiful space, easy walk to Church Street (uphill walk back, but can't do anything about that). Clean and well-furnished. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Tricia’s apartment. We are a family of 4, two children over 18 who were visiting for college drop off. The apartment was roomy, quiet, comfortable and walkable to everything. The gated driveway was perfect for a truck full of dorm items!
Communication was perfect and we were so comfortable. We walked to Church Street, restaurants and the lake. Safe neighborhood in a great city. We would definitely stay again!

The stay was great. Location was convenient to walk into town and the house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Directions to get in and out and parking were clear and easy.

This apartment was perfect for us for our few days in Burlington. Easy walk to campus, shopping district, and the waterfront (which has a great rail trail for walking/jogging/biking). The appliances were newer and high quality, and the apartment was very clean. My teenaged son loved having the loft space to himself. The bed in the room I had was a little soft for me, but everyone else slept great.

This was such a great place to stay . . Everything about it was perfect. . Very clean . . Location to downtown church street and lake champlain was of walking distance . . We would definitely recommend staying here . . we give this a 5 star

We enjoyed our stay at Tricia's home in Burlington. The apartment was super clean, had up to date fixtures & appliances, and extras like soap, shampoo, coffee, starter food, etc. The beds were comfortable and had soft sheets. Plenty of soft, fluffy towels were provided. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't use it much because we kept walking in to town to fun restaurants. The bathroom is not pictured, but it is clean, bright, has a large shower and double sinks. It appears to have been recently remodeled, and is great!!! Tricia and her husband were very kind and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Good location and close to downtown. Air conditioning great on hot summer days. We just realized where the outside space was on the day we left. So don't forget to check that out.

Super location, can walk everywhere, love proximity to local colleges. Three bedrooms were lovely. Bathroom was newly renovated and spacious! Fun view out of front huge window!

The spiral staircase is narrow and can be tight for some to navigate, but great space at the top. Great view of downtown Burlington. I’ve seen my fair share of places in Burlington- this one is the nicest I’ve seen.

Fantastic Apartment close to Downtown
The apartment was everything we could have asked for. Close to church street, clean, spacious, thoughtfully laid out. Tricia was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed the whole trip. The back sitting area with grill and fire pit were also great! Would stay again.

We stayed here with our two adult daughters. Such a great location with easy access to downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain. Also nice having 3 bedrooms.

Overall Wonderful!
We stayed for the weekend visiting our daughter and the apartment was perfect. Very clean, well stocked, and great communication with the owners. It's a perfect downtown location with parking. We will definitely rent again when in Burlington.
