It was a very nice place and location was great. Just need to add more information for guest parking. And the street signs for the condo building and garage is needed.

Not able to securley lock yourself in the condo, the secondary door lock did not function. If someone could have figured out the combo lock they could have entered while we were sleeping (we did not feel safe about that) 2nd bath shower was not able to get cold/cool water. You had to take a warm/hotter than preferred shower MBR shower pressure was hardly nothing at all and on one day we ran out of hot water with only 1 person taking a shower. You need to inspect the hot water heater We really loved the condo and enjoyed the stay other than what was mentioned.

The island lulls you into vacation mode at first breath and the accommodations/customer service does partners beautifully!!! THANK YOU

The condo is beautifully furnished and lots of room. We loved the patio furniture. We had breakfast out on the balcony several mornings. The pools are very nice. We will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay! Well stocked with crockpot, nice pans, full set of measuring spoons and cups, nice Pyrex bowls and plastic containers.

Clean, equipped nicely, location and great amenities. We have stayed in this unit for the last 20 years and find it fits our style.

It has everything you need , very well maintained and clean .

We have stayed some where in Oceanvilla every year for at least 15 years now. It is our favorite location. This unit over exceeded our expectations. Very nicely renovated, super clean! Vacasa also gave the extra touch by making sure we were always satisfied. The only downside is that we wish we could have stayed longer but back to work we all must go! Until next time PCB! Condo was clean. Check in was easy. Plenty of Elevators and they were fast. Big plus! We cooked and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans etc. that we needed. An extra trash bag would have been nice. Location is in the Heart of PCB on the strip. A little busy for me - especially during July. That is why I gave the location a 4 however my family was fine with it so that is personal preference.

This home was very well taken care of. We had a great time, and we will definitely be back.

This place exceeded all of my expectations. The price was amazing for what we got. The room was exceptionally clean and stylishly decorated. So many friends and family who saw pictures during our stay asked for a link to the unit. The view was amazing (aside from the first night when there was construction on the beach right outside our back doors, but they moved down the beach the next night). The location of the building was great because it was basically right in the middle of everything. There was parking in the main building parking garages and extra parking across the street with a covered bridge to walk through to get over there. We didn't need to use that parking area, but I am sure that would be a different scenario during peak tourist season. I saw reviews that said there was not enough toilet paper provided, however we had 3 rolls and that was plenty for a week stay (for two people). There was dishwashing fluid and tablets for the dishwasher, paper towels, and laundry detergent so we did not have to purchase those. Shampoo/conditioner and soap were included as well. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, appliances, and dishes despite us not needing to use any of them really. I think there was even a panini press. I honestly think the only thing I wish there would have been was a broom and dustpan set. There was a vacuum but I didn't want to get it out for smaller areas. There was a smaller hand-broom but I wanted an actual broom. Other than that, our stay was amazing and I already want to go back.

The closeness to the beach was amazing and the house was clean. We did have an issue getting into the gate and the host, Cody, wasn't very responsive. We also didn't have adequate toilet paper, paper towels, and no trash bags. All of this wouldn't have been a big deal, had we'd been informed. Overall, we had a great time.

Had a little trouble getting in when we arrived because the code didn't work so we called the number provided. Henry (friendly and helpful!) with Vacasa was able to get us in! We had to use the back up code for the duration of our stay. Elevator wait times weren't an issue at all. I had read that was an issue in some reviews, but we didn't have any trouble. The view...Amazing! Would stay here again. 10/10

Loved the condo. It is so spacious and worked great for our family. As with a lot of condos beds are lacking and need blankets as it is really thin bedding. View is amazing! Stocked well. Love that it has adequate seating for eating. We made wonderfulMemories !

The condo was in a great location and the balcony was the roomiest one we have been at in PCB. The beds were very uncomfortable and the cleanliness of the unit definitely could have been better. Everything worked in the unit and it was well maintained. I would stay here again if I brought a mattress topper for the beds, my own linens, and cleaning supplies to bring the room up to par.

Nice pools and they were warm for this time of year.

Great location, wonderful view i stayed for a week and still didn't want to go home. Everything was perfect nothing to complain about.

We loved our stay! Beautiful condo, only steps to the beach and local shops right across the street. It was very clean and roomy. We loved the big dining table, it was enough for all 5 of us to sit and eat together. The only negative I have to say is there wasn’t much communication/ information. I received an email the day of with our door code and check in/out times. The lady did call the day or two before to get vehicle info and told us if the condo was ready we might be able to check in earlier. Other than that, we did not know about check out procedures or know anything about wrist bands or where to find those. There are no extra blankets only the coverlets that are on each bed. There were extra sheets and an extra pillow. This information would have been nice to have before hand so that we could pack accordingly. But I would still rate it 5 stars- we had a really nice stay.
