Enjoyed our stay not far from CU campus in a quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor space to enjoy the sun.

This was such a nice stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood super close to the university with a view of the mountains and appears to have been recently renovated. All of the appliances are new, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are super confortable and the living room is clean, and spacious.
We were there for a conference and almost everyone else stayed in hotels, so our team would gather at the house in the evening for after action meetings since we had more space. EVERYONE who came agreed that the house was awesome and said that they are never staying in a hotel again.
Much thanks to Erin for being such an accommodating, concientious and responsive host. We’ll definitely plan on staying there on our next trip to Boulder.

Perfect location for our son’s CU graduation. Neighborhood was convenient and quiet. The space was ideal for 3 adults. The large kitchen island was a great gathering spot. The house had everything we needed. Erin was thorough and very communicative. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Boulder!

This property exceeded our expectations, in every way. The rooms, kitchen and bathroom in particular, have been renovated expertly. We could not have been more impressed with the arrangement.
However, and more importantly in our view - the host was both responsive and accommodating. Given the timing of our trip, last minute Christmas booking, this was especially helpful.
We will book at this property again, without hesitation.

House was spotless . The location was excellent. Erin was an excellent host with great communication skills. We cooked a number of meals at the house and kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans ,dishes and silverware. We needed nothing. Plenty of room in kitchen /great room. Overall experience was terrific. We will book again

Great kitchen , clean house. Erin very accessible and helpful! Even offered to bring me a jacket as it was unexpectedly cold during our visit for the night game at CU. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Erin's rental! The home felt open and spacious, with a lovely little deck and backyard, and was very quiet. The bookshelves are full of reading options if you just feel like hanging around. If you love to cook, the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, and the cooktop heats quickly. Erin was very accommodating. You only needed to text her with your questions. She also dropped off a few supplies that she thought we would need. I highly recommend staying in her home! I know I will the next time I come to Boulder. Thanks Erin!

We loved this house! It’s everything that’s advertised. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the deck was perfect for morning coffee and the owner was easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to book this property again.

It was just as described. Very well appointed cute home. High end appliances. Great location. Enjoyed our stay. Would have loved it if it had at least another guest bathroom. Rough in the morning with 3 adults.

Wow, what a charming, comfortable, updated home in Boulder! It was fully equipped and had just about everything we needed. It felt like our home away from home! Erin went above and beyond. Check-in was easy, and communication during booking and leading up to our stay was consistent and helpful. Erin provided suggestions and tips for our first time in Boulder. My husband, son, and I fell in love with Boulder; it's an outdoor adventure any time of the day, with beautiful weather and wonderful people! We will be back and hope to stay in this home again. Thank you, Erin, for putting love into this property! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Boulder.

Best of Boulder
This home is perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The home is beautifully renovated, immaculately clean and convenient to everything Boulder has to offer. In addition, the home is well stocked with everything you will need for a great, comfortable stay. As a bonus the owner is wonderful to work with. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this house.

Very cute house in a great neighborhood of Boulder. We felt like we were able to experience what it would be like to live there, which we love to do when on vacation.

Boulder Sanctuary
From our first interaction with the homeowner to checking out, this was a truly positive experience. We had all the information we needed at each step along the way, the house was absolutely lovely, super clean, perfectly stocked, and full of positive energy. Information and instructions were abundant and clear. We were here for my mother‘s celebration of life, and needed a good experience in a nice home with a great homeowner to help us navigate a difficult time, and that’s exactly what we got. And if you want a fantastic kitchen with all the tools and space to make good food and memories, this is the house! We’d stay here again without question. We are so grateful.

This was a great home away! Well stocked kitchen and bath, plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels. Thanks to Erin for the great hiking tips and restaurant suggestions. We would love to come back and stay again!

Great house in Boulder
We were in Boulder for my daughters graduation from CU. The house is one of the best places we have rented in Boulder. Great location, close to campus, grocery store and restaurants walking distance and nice views from the back yard. House was clean and comfortable and very well stocked with anything you might need. I highly recommend Baseline Sub

fall football visit
Check in was very easy and the homeowner even had it cleaned and ready early for us. Well stocked (spices, tea etc) and loved the extra touches (plants, games, books). Central location for us to visit our college daughter and see some football. Hope to stay here again.

quiet neighborhood
We found the property to be as advertised. exceptionally clean and well equipped. We particularly liked the outdoor deck. Great for breakfast coffee. Neighborhood was near the University but was also quiet a nice quiet neighborhood. Very nice stay.

Great house
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely fully renovated mid-century modern house. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you might need. The deck and yard were very relaxing. The location was close to everything in Boulder as well as a great location for exploring the Rockies and Colorado.
We were sad to leave!

Great house and great host
We spent a great 3 weeks at Erin's house in Boulder. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We cooked daily in the well-stocked kitchen. Whole Foods and King Soopers are both about 5 minutes away. I was working most days and the Internet was fast (200 down / 5 up) and reliable. Plenty of outdoor play options for our 3yo were 5-10 minutes away, and we were able to be up in the mountains for weekend hikes in as little as 20 minutes. We'd definitely stay here again!
One minor note for parents: The dining situation is counter-height seating in the kitchen. If you have really young children, that's something to keep in mind.

Boulder Bliss!
No surprises here! A very charming renovation in Boulder that had everything of which one could ask. Check-in super easy, communication outstanding, and Erin could not have been a more perfect host! We are a family of three visiting additional family while enjoying the sites in and around Boulder. At the end of the day, we would say we were headed "home," instead of back to the room, hotel, or rental. Because that is exactly what it felt like, home. If you're looking for a home away from home or a base from which to enjoy Boulder and the surrounding area, look no further. This home has to be at the top of your list! Thanks, Erin, for an awesome week and I've no doubt we will be back!

A quiet neighborhood in the heart of boulder
The house is very comfortable, and Erin in a great host. The location is a nice quiet neighborhood, but is close enough to everything that getting around is quick.
Two things with commenting on, especially if staying during winter:
There is a garage in the picture, but it isn't available for guest use. There is plenty of street parking, but FYI
The street doesn't get plowed
