Perfect location and walking distance to all main attractions.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Staff was quick to address issues when raised.

One shower required attention so that we could have got water, but was fixed the day it was brought up.

It had everything that I needed for my stay. I like how they provided kitchen utensils and soap for dishwasher. Also the washing machine was a great bonus.

I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Modern lofts. This was our first trip to Indianapolis and the location of the lofts was absolutely perfect. We were in walking distance of just about everything. The best part of our stay was of course how spacious the condo is,that it easily accommodated our family of five.

What a beautiful apartment with exposed brick andhigh ceilings with exposed duct work. The condo was very spacious with an open floor plan that was inviting and cozy. Ease of access was wonderful with keyless entry; yet we felt very secure.

General location was loud, with bands playing outside and of course the late night downtown street rods and people showing off on their loud motorcycles outside which was very loud but to no fault of the property owner... it’s just part of the experience
