Great location to get to short hikes for small kids, an amazing playground, and wonderful food options. The house is close to the main road but the living room faces the pond and we spent quite a bit of time watching birds on the move. Would stay there again!

We enjoyed our entire stay. (It helped the weather was perfect - not always the case in October!) The home had everything we needed, and the beds were heavenly after a long day out exploring. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time visiting Tiverton so we didn't know what to expect. We were there for a sailing event in Bristol. Tiverton is a great location and this property exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate and in perfect condition. Enjoying the view from the deck was a perfect way to start our day and then to wind down in the evening.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay near Portsmouth RI so we could visit with his elderly parents over a couple of days rather than a short 2 hour visit as usual given we live a distance away. We also wanted an enjoyable place to relax, bike, paddle board, and eat out. This lovely home had everything we desired. It is one level and so when the folks came over it was easy for the two 90 year olds to get around the home including sitting on the lovely and good sized deck overlooking the saltwater pond. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living room are all updated and just as pictured in the online posting. My only desire would be for a real coffee maker versus a Kerig with pods (which were provided). So bring one if that's what you want. We ended up cooking in all 3 nights and the kitchen is well provisioned for this and the grill on deck works great. My only other suggestion to the hosts is to put the beach towels with the regular bath towels as we didn't find them in the front room until the last day and I felt badly using the bath towels for our daily swims in the pond. The house is on a busy road so may not be great for children except there is a huge backyard (as pictured) with plenty of room for running around and games being set up. We were concerned about biking but found several nice routes off the main road down lovely streets of beautiful houses and beaches. The hosts were great and communicated everything we needed to know about the property and left lots of local information as well at the house. We are thinking about renting again in the future so we can enjoy some more time with my aging in-laws while they are still well.

Very nice cottage, very clean. Only wish it was closer to places we wanted to go- spent a lot of time driving. But if you are looking to get away and stay at cottage, definitely a nice place.

Our group of four traveled from Nashville and New Orleans to see our family member graduate from Roger Williams. The house provided such a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing visit for us to enjoy each others company. The weekend weather was perfect and allowed us to utilize the deck and stroll through the huge back yard down to the waters edge. We loved seeing all the beautiful wildlife from the large windows throughout the house. The house was immaculately clean and located by delicious restaurants and interesting shops. The host provides numerous recommendations for your stay and answers questions promptly. This home is a perfect setting with an incredible view you won't want to leave!

Would totally rent again

We could not have been any more pleased with our time away. The house is immaculate and so close to everyplace we wanted to go. The views of the water and the leaves changing were absolutely breathtaking. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We will definitely be wanting to stay again real soon!

We stayed at our wonderful home for almost a month. From the outset Lynn went above and beyond. When we arrived she had all the little touches that I always wish hosts thought of but never do; there was a bottle of wine chilling, fresh eggs, and even treats for our pup. The home was IMMACULATELY clean and there were such helpful things like kleenex, laundry detergent, dish soap, sound machines in the bedrooms, and so much more. Lynn was gracious and always available without being intrusive. When I suggested next year she have a blender in the kitchen a new one arrived at our doorstep the next day! I think the best things were sunsets over the water each night, walking to water's edge every day, and coming home to a place that was bright and well done instead of what you most often find in this area at this price which is musty and cluttered. We also appreciated the A/C, the washer/dryer, the full garage, and the 3 TV's. If I had anything to "wish for" next time it would be a King bed in the master, a few more kitchen items, and less road noise. But it only affects the bedrooms and the sound machines and A/C helped out lots. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Lynn and family for providing a much needed affordable, clean and updated waterfront option in this area - we love it!

Great house that is sparkling clean with everything you need. Awesome deck to sit and watch the water and a huge property with nice walkway down to the water. You can’t swim from the house but was a great reading spot regardless. Lynn was a great host!

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at this beautiful getaway on the coast. One of the highlights of the trip was sipping our morning coffee on the deck while watching the mist roll in over the water.  The views from inside the house were spectacular as well, which we enjoyed on the overcast days. There are several eateries in the area, all open for takeout or delivery, and we were hard-pressed to pick a favorite. Lynn is a very gracious host and we can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing long weekend. The property is beautiful, and it was great to be able to walk to the waterfront and launch our boards. The views from kitchen, living room and deck made watching the sunset easy from wherever we landed after a sun drenched day. The home was impeccable and well appointed. We were there during Covid, and decided to stay in, so did not have the opportunity to dine out, but the location was convenient to local eateries. Truly a lovely stay and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you Lynn & LJ!!

This was the perfect spot for nice relaxing getaway! We couldn’t believe how clean & beautifully decorated the house was. The property had a nice, big backyard perfect for games & had great views of the water from the deck! The owner was so responsive, kind & went out of her way numerous times to ensure we had the best time. I would gladly book with her there again!!
