Great property. Attentive house managers. Highly reccommend. My only negative is that it is already booked for 2025, so I have to find a new property. I had thought thatbthis would be "our place" for years to come.

Great house in quiet neighborhood. Really close to west side of Indy and the wedding venu we were using. Basement tenant was quiet and never seen so no big deal. House is spacious and very pretty. Thank you for letting us stay.

Very nice and spacious house. Beds were comfortable. Family room was nice for relaxing in. Stayed here for the eclipse. The whole family enjoyed sitting outside on the patio watching it. Would definitely rent again.

Great place clean very nice

Our stay was lovely. The only mishap was it snowed the day we arrived and the owner never shoveled the ice and snow off the steps and walkway.

Very nice home. Very nice furniture and neighborhood. Down side is the drain in the tub in the second bathroom was not very good. Thus you were quickly standing in water when you showered.

From booking to check out everything was as described. Great location and easy to get to. Very clean and well decorated. Never saw or heard from the person staying in the basement.

We were in town for a wedding at the Lizton Lodge and this location was only 19 min away!

This property was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The home was even better than the online pictures show. Check-in/out was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, location was perfect! Awesome stay

The property was beautiful.and first impressions were positive. All of the furniture that we used was comfortable. I noticed a coiple of things that the owners may not be aware of. 1) the freezer drawers and the inside lid of the reash can (at the hinge) were not wiped clean. 2)The guest bathroom floor and outside of the tub (near where the door slides open) had long black hair on them. 3) i dropped something behimd the tall dresser in the middle bedroom and noticed that the cleaners have not been wipi g down the walls behind thatndresser. It was full of dust. 4) while packing up i checked under beds and noticed a few thing like paper and a metal tool part in the front 2 bedrooms. Overall, we loved this properry and booked for next year. I just think that if the owener is paying gor a service to be done, it should be cleaned, as paid for.

This is our second time renting this property. Great area, nice neighborhood. Was close to our family we were visiting. House was very clean. Would like to have had a King bed in Master suite but the Queen was ok Couldn’t sit on outside deck as there were no cushions for furniture. You might want to put them out before guests arrive.

Very nice property. Excellent condition. Very clean and the pictures are a true depiction of the home. There was plenty of space and we were able to have our three granddaughters spend the night. It accommodated everyone for our Christmas dinner, of 12 people, very comfortably. Having someone living underneath was a little unsettling and we could hear noises and folks coming in and out through the garage. The house is secure with a deadbolt lock. For apartment dwellers this may be ok but for homeowner we found ourselves stopping in our tracks to check out noises. It was also unseasonably cold in Indy with windchills 35 below zero. The house didn’t heat up past 67 the first two nights. As it warmed outside the home became very pleasant. I would recommend the home to others.

The living area was large and very inviting! With six adults, we had room to spread out - watch TV, play a board game, work on computers. We also appreciated having 2.5 baths. Easy to find, one level, not far from the highway. The pictures don't convey what a bright, comfortable home this is. Recommend!

Beautiful home, excellent location, and fantastic owners. Attended event a weekend event at Lucas Oil Stadium and this home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful from booking to check-out. Would definitely book again.

Awesome house with get service and communication

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing, as well as accessible.

We (family of three adults) thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay in this spacious, clean, and well-appointed house. The location was very convenient for anything on Indy's west side (a car is a must), and getting to Zionsville, Carmel and downtown Indy was also no problem. Our hostess was very prompt to respond to any questions. The beds were comfy, the kitchen accommodated all our cooking needs. We would definitely want to stay again in the future. The tenant in the basement was very quiet and barely noticable. We highly recommend this property!

This home is very spacious, clean and very well stocked with towels and kitchen accessories. The owner answered all of my questions and was very communicative. The backyard deck is lovely and we enjoyed some nice evenings on it catching up. Being about 7 miles from the Motor Speedway we thought Ubers would be more expensive but they were pretty reasonable with the average being around $12 for each of the four trips. Plenty of grocery shopping nearby and the area seemed very safe and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this home for a larger group of 4 - 6 people.

Very nice accomodation. You need to understand that this is a shared property. There are people staying in the basement with a separate entrance. At times we could smell them smoking in the basement and also one night their food preparation. Other than that it is a property that is located in an easily accessible neighborhood not far from Indianapolis and close to Eagle Creek park and reservoir. For 500 race attenders this would be an ideal property to stay at. Property manager was very responsive to any questions.

Good size and conveniently located.

This rental home is everything we could have needed. The location was wonderful – only a 20 minute commute to the Speedway. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and well kept. The roses surrounding the back deck were in full bloom during our stay, and I enjoyed a daily walk around to ‘stop and smell the roses’! I am envious of the outdoor space. Simply lovely. Inside, the kitchen was perfect for our needs. An extensive selection of pots and pans allowed us to cook dinner most nights. The appliances are all in great condition. The eat-in area was spacious for four adults. The living room area has high ceilings and plenty of room to relax. Windows on the west side of the home provided plenty of sunlight and views of the deck. The master bedroom was large and nicely decorated. And the master bath – huge! Double sinks, garden tub, and also a separate full shower. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Large walk-in closet. Bedrooms two and three were also well decorated. The shared bath was convenient, as well as the separate half bath. Formal dining room was large, but we rarely used it. The home also has a full sized washer and dryer that were great to have for our 20 night stay. Overall, a splendid home, in a great location, with wonderful hosts. It was spotless, well appointed, and worked perfectly for our stay. I would highly recommend this home.

Quiet neighborhood. Spacious rooms. Simple communication.

This home had everything we needed and was in a wonderful neighborhood with very kind neighbors. We visit the area twice a year to see our father who is at Wellbrooke of Avon and will most definitely check to see if this home is available for future visits!

Nice house. Just as described in listing. It fit our needs very well. Close to Speedway, IN. We have family in Speedway. This would be a great place to stay for the Indy 500.

The property was in a great location and was a very good value. The neighborhood was nice. I would stay here again on future trips.
