Location was great. Beds were way too soft and linens did not fit well. The owner could remove half the decorative pillows in the house and still have too many. Place also needs a deep clean. Check in process was very good.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of space and very welcoming feel to the home. It is beautifully decorated and relaxing. We would definitely chose to stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Property was exactly as listing stated. We enjoyed morning breakfast from Red Bee ( coffee shop 1 block away ) on the rooftop patio of the house and sunset appetizers . The gathering spaces were perfect for relaxing by the gas fireplace or watching the game . Property manager was punctual with responses . Location perfect for walking to the beach . 15 min Uber to SLO / wineries / riding / airport .

Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is great. We will stay here again if ever in the area.

We loved our stay at Grover Beach! Beach and Monarch Grove within walking distance. We went on many walks and enjoyed a new view each time.. Varied marine life display in their natural environment was a wonderful bonus. ( sea otters, sea lions, elephant seals, birds, and monarchs in the winter habitat. A wonderful place for outdoor activities!

First it would have been nice to know that the driveway was shared with other houses. If you have a large vehicle, you'll have to park on the street. Downstairs was dark and much colder than upstairs. Downstairs bathtub was very slippery & had to call for a bathmat. Ana is amazing. She helped me out with any issues we had. Small closets so be prepared to keep all clothes in your suitcase. Afternoon sun shines through the windows above slider & really heats up the upstairs. Less decor & more functionality. One side table in the living room so if you're not sitting by that table, you have no place to put a drink or anything else.

A perfect set up, large enough for a big family or 2+ couples. Nice layout with a huge master bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms and a bath downstairs. Garage, washer, dryer, fireplace, a nice outdoor space - everything you want or need. And very close to the beach - a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute ride. And parking at the nearby beach is free. Grover Beach is nice and Pismo Beach is very close by. We also recommend SLO which is a 15-20 minute drive - it’s a very nice town.

This was an amazingly beautiful home with everything one could want for a relaxing long weekend wine tasting, visiting Hearst Caslt and The Madonna Inn and the Pismo Pier. I've stayed at many VRBO's that have so few pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. that you really can't function. This home had the right amount of everything and even things I didn't know I would need! A+++++!!!

My adult family of 6 enjoyed our stay in this comfortable beach house while visiting for a wedding. It is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The views from the rooftop deck and front balcony were wonderful. We took morning walks on the beach, visited the local Red Bee Coffee Shop and local wineries. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed, except a tea kettle (a sauce pan had to do). One note about the master bedroom/bathroom... there's a skylight/ nightlight over the tub that glows at night. There's no door between the bedroom and bathroom, so the light is visible. Also there's no privacy door in front of the toilet in the master bath. Those who need toilet privacy will need the whole master suite to themselves. But that won't deter me from renting this property again. We had a great stay.

Everything was grate except the floors were very dirty. Our feet got black walking barefoot. Had a rolling "blackout" our last morning, so no showers before we left, and we couldn't start the dishwasher.

This beautiful home met every expectation. The pictures are accurate and it's even more comfortable and lovely in person. Very clean. Very quiet. Comfortable beds. Quality Bedding and linens, etc. We didn't have time to enjoy the roof-top deck but I hope you do! Close to everything this area has to offer. Don't miss strolling on the boardwalk through the Dunes. I wish we could have stayed longer but would not hesitate to stay here again! Ana, our contact, was very prompt, friendly, and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this vacation rental.

We loved our stay here and enjoyed it very much. The stairs weren't ideal for a crawling infant though.

This home is just as pretty as in the pictures, it's decorated so well, the beds are extremely comfortable, sheets,blankets and pillows were perfect and so soft. I've never slept in another bed that was like mine at home and these were if not better it was amazing. Kitchen is well equipped, but if your a cooking family maybe take an extra frying pan there was only one big and one small we cook quit a bit and one extra would have helped alot. Dining area is so nice and peaceful, deck was pretty all around was a wonderful stay. Thank you for sharing your home with my family we made wonderful memories ❤

The property is exactly as it is billed, great location, clean, and has the amenities you need when traveling and looking to eat in for breakfast and dinners. Bedrooms are a little smaller than the pictures suggest, but hell you don't go to the beach to hang out in your room! We would definitely visit this home again for future visits to the area. We had two small issues: At check-in our door access code didn't work, but spoke with James at Evolve and had us going fixed in minutes. The WiFi password listed in our Welcome Email didn't work, but fortunately the password was noted on the router so again not a big deal.

The house was beautifully decorated. Great location . Quite neighborhood. Everything was perfect. Our family enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

We had hoped this house was closer to the beach with a better view. It was a pleasant space with a few drawbacks. The main bedroom's bed was hard to get off and on of, even for a tall person. We did not use the other bedrooms, but we were unaware they were on a darker lower level. It was a good location for driving to Paso Robles which we did a lot. The beach nearby was lovely for long walks. We totAlly loved the area--nice restaurants. Coming back again.

Will definitely be back, have already recommended this property to friends and family.

This was an amazing property! Our family enjoyed the Thanksgiving break here. The house was in excellent condition upon arrival. The interior of the home was just as beautiful as the pictures. The host made sure everything you need was there! The house itself sits within a group of about 3 or 4 more other units. The 2 car garage is perfect for regular sized vehicles. Parking in the street can be tricky as we experience with a neighbor across the street but once we found a spot it was fine. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The roof top patio was a beautiful retreat! House is about 1/2 mile (can walk but driving is recommended) from the beach access as well as plenty of grocery/restaurants. We just had the best time. We will definitely be returning and will recommend to all our family and friends.

I loved this property! It was comfortable and provided everything we needed. Didn’t spend much time in Grover beach and ended up spending more time in SLO, but still a quick 15 minute drive.

This was a beautiful house in a perfect location. Everything we needed was there and we absolutely loved the rooftop patio. We will definitely choose this home the next time we are in town.

My wife and I along with our two married children enjoyed the location and were very pleased with the living, dining and kitchen arrangement. The master bedroom was nice but the 2 and 1/2" high bed with it's extra soft mattress was quite difficult for a couple of mid 80 year old's to navigate. A lower level king bed would have been much more accommodating. A well positioned grab bar in the shower would be a great safety feature. We received no complaints from the children and probably wouldn't as we were paying for the stay.

This home was great for our one week visit. There was plenty of room. Living room was comfortable with ample seating. Kitchen had most everything needed to prepare a meal. But..bring your own knives, steak knives were the only ones provided. Beds were comfortable and the moonrise on the rooftop deck was a plus! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our weekend celebrating our daughter as she graduated, virtually, from Cal Poly. It was her choice to go virtual and it was the right choice for us. We watched the ceremony streamed on the TV and cheered like crazy when her name was announced… all from the comfortable seating of the living room. We enjoyed brunch the morning of graduation, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. And everyone had restful sleep in the comfy beds that it make it hard to wake up at 5am for the traditional Cal Poly bar crawl but we did it! We have some competitive family members, so when we spied the ping pong set up it was game on! And the rooftop deck was the perfect spot to peacefully relax and watch the ocean view. We had a wonderful graduation vacation! Everyone loved it… thank you!!

The house was perfect for our family trip. Location was great. Loved grilling on the rooftop! Beds were comfortable. All the linens, towels and bedding were good quality. The master tub was a treat too! We will definitely book this house again next year.
