The location was excellent - right in in the heart of the city, by the gateway to the old town. Very close to all the sights and restaurants, bars and cafes. The terrace was an added bonus - fantastic views over the city. It was also great to have 2 bathrooms. And we were given some fantastic restaurant recommendations.

It was a shame the lift wasn’t working when we arrived.

The lift did not work on arrival but the hosts went above and beyond to carry our heavy luggage and the lift was fixed very quickly. No issue really.

Location, clean rooms, space, balcony with an amazing view! Comfortable beds. In the heart of city center, close to all land marks. Great hosts! Very responsive and very helpful, especially with the luggage.

This is the pedestrian area, not approachable by taxi and if traveling with a lot of luggage it can be inconvilenient. So don't take a lot of luggage, cause the place is worth to visit. Also a small detail - there's an elevator in the building, but too small, so not a lot of luggage can be fit in there. Also can be a bit noisy at nights because of the central location.

Excellent location and very friendly check in. Very good usable space and nice outlook. Very light.

The bed we slept in was a bit soft, but this is a personal preference.

It was in a great location with great view and good amenities. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap but they had extra towels and bedding if need be. There is a tiny elevator which must be reached after having climbed some stairs so not limited mobility friendly. It would be helpful to have more than one entry key for groups. We did like it and think you’ll enjoy your stay.

The size, interior and equipment were very good, but the staff's respondence and views from all the windows were splendid. It locates in the centre of the touristy area, but the apartment was cozy and quiat. There are excellent restaurants nearby. One restaurant in the alley behind the apartment becomes our best restaurant in Portugal.

There was a nice coffee machine with nice coffee capsules, but no tea bags. Some plugs were little losen.

Amazing location with just as amazing views! Hosts Andre and Helio were also TOP RATE hosts. Very helpful, SUPER responsive from start to finish and really great recommendaitons!
