The location is good, there's security too
Advertised room with bath tub but the tab was broken and couldn't be used. Ruined my valentine eve 😭

The apartment is as depicted in the photos, its cool and spacious the staff were amazing and cooperative highly recommended. When locating the apartment, mention UPA apartments easier to find than saying Elna ridge.

Unfortunately I'm already on my way back. I really enjoyed the stay. All the workers were very polite, helpful and did a very good job. Hamisi was available around the clock and everything was taken care of. Big praise. I liked that very much. Thanks. Kind regards Max

Location is excellent. Clean and serene neighbourhood. Great views of Indian Ocean from living room balcony. Staff are very friendly, helpful and responsiveness. Proximity to malls, restaurants and other amenities. Easy to do take-out food.
Rooms could be better furnished. Bedside lighting, shelving etc.

The location was ok and the views were great.
Cold shower! I had to use a bucket!!! This was the first put off. The wardrobes were dusty, and some drawers had broken handles. The trash can in my room was not emptied on a daily basis. It was imposed on me to move to another apartment on the last night because another customer came afterwards and booked the entire apartment. Even though the host re-imbursed a portion of that day's payment because I complained, they moved me to an apartment that did not meet my tastes and preferences.

The view was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The space is good for a family travelling, as the apartment has enough rooms to accommodate a large number of people. There is also availability of a lift and the iron, which was handy.
The dustbin was overflowing with rubbish that looked like it had been there for a while - it made the kitchen smell terribly. Also, the balconies in the bedroom should have better railing as the apartment is quite high, and if a family comes with children, this may pose as a danger/risk. The bathroom heater was not functional, and the toilet paper holder was broken - we also did not receive the WiFi password that was to be available.

The place is very quiet! You can't tell if other people are around unless you meet in common areas.
I love the quiet environment
When i was taken to see the room i assumed someone had just used the toilet !!, the smell became worse , in the morning i asked to be moved to a better room since i had a bloated stomach...the guy promised to move me , coming back in the evening was told it was drainage and has been fixed so was not moved , at night the smell worsed and couldn't sleep with my 3 year old girl! I checked out before 8am since the whole place was unbearable.
5h3 beddings were not fresh as i type my daughter and i have serious rashes all over the body
The common area especially kitchen is extremely dirty , cockroaches in the fridge, microwave etc
I was in a shock and wouldn't recommend anyone with kids
Is there away i can add pics on this review? Photos and even of video of cockroaches running out of the microwave when i tried to wwrm food!!!!

The ambience is great, serenity.. the host was amazing. They have the best caretaker. Hamisi is a great man... 100% value for money, the rooms are clean and spacious, The view of the sea is breathtaking... I'll sure return.
We were hoping to use the swimming pool but couldn't.
