The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 3 sets of adults and 2 teens. And the main floor had plenty of room for us to be together. We loved it. Thank you!

The property was updated and fit our group very well. We used every bedroom (the master w/ en suite was big!) but didn't take advantage of the balcony and lounge area as much as expected. The kitchen, dining and livingroom were our mainstays. The beach gear was a nice touch, but I would recommend the owner consider including a small cooler for drinks. The fridge was empty when we arrived. We left some condiments and hope they were able to be used by the next group. Parking was a bit confusing for the entire area. Someone told us we weren't parking in the right spot (blue diamond...our spot for sure) and someone else told us we were using the wrong trash cans (side of the house...ours). The book was a bit outdated, but the crew made sure we knew what to do. Overall...great stay!

Our stay was wonderful. Communication was wonderful with the owners. The house was great! We were there for a vacation and dance competition. Most everything was within walking distance. The house is seriously located perfectly between the beach, convention center, grocery store, food options and more.

Had an absolute blast staying at this property with family. Blocks from the beach and main street, can get anywhere pretty quickly. House is very well kept, and communication was great. Would highly recommend.

Let me start by saying this place was beautifully done! It is spacious and the bedrooms are well laid out with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We were traveling with 3 toddlers, so the walk to the beach was a little further than what we had pictured (that is no fault of the host, however). The beach entrance is a little further down making the walk more like a 3-4 block walk to the beach. This would be no trouble for older kids or adults! The only complaint I have during our entire stay is that the level of noise from the street (basically high way) that is right out front is pretty much constant. We had some difficult nights getting all the kids to sleep with the revving of engines and loud motorcycles that were constantly driving past until well after midnight. Again, if you're coming without children, this may not even be a problem. The host was amazing as far as communication was concerned. She reached out just enough to let us know she cared but also did not micromanage our trip. We had a blast overall and it was a great place to stay!

Great house to stay on very clean and good location to ocean.

The house is clean and nicely laid out. The kitchen is spacious, and there are lots of places for storage. The walk to the beach is relatively short, and there are lots of things to do in the neighborhood. It is on a main street, but we really didn’t notice the noise. Our family really liked the house. I definitely would come back and recommend it to others.
