We loved staying at this house in sea pines. The location was great for the beach, and bike rides to harbor town and south beach among other places. The house was clean and the layout was great!

What a beautiful home! The heated pool made an early spring trip much more enjoyable. The pre check in communication and booklet was excellent in helping us know the area and the amenities. Our first time to HHI was maximized due to their resources. I had a few questions early in our stay and the team was responsive and helpful. Well done!

This was our second year renting this property and will not be the last! The layout of the home, the bunk room, and private pool makes this an awesome home away from home. A five minute walk to the beach. Such a family friendly home.

Perfect home for our family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers! Plenty of space for family time as well as privacy. The pool in the backyard was ideal for a little shade in the afternoon after a morning at the beach—which is an easy, 10 minute walk or use one of the available bikes. A very comfortable, well-equipped home!! We’re planning on returning next year!

Some many great things and a few things need improvement. Pros: Location, house layout, decor, surface-level cleanliness, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, clean kitchen, communication with rental company, ease of check-in. Bikes and beach chairs available in the garage. Cons: House and furnishings are extremely worn, needs a deep cleaning (spider webs, dead bugs, dirty blinds, dirty windows), decor holes in walls, mold on ceiling, cracking paint, back deck and furniture were not usable due to mold and dirt/debris, pool walls stained with green algae, torn sheets, A deep cleaning, power washing, and a fresh coat of paint inside would make this house amazing.

Hi - we had a great stay - the house is really well-stocked as everyone says. Great location, lots of space/separation for more than one family and children. Very prompt communication from the property managers. We would definitely stay there again! One thing to keep in mind- if you're there off-season, you have to pay to have the pool heated - and it's expensive. We were there in nice spring weather and managed ok w/o heat - although it would have been nice. Otherwise it was great. pool area is nicely secluded and the neighborhood really quiet and really easy to get to the beach. Really lovely.

Just returned from our stay at this beautiful home. First, the management company was excellent. Peter answered all my questions promptly and supplied follow up emails prior to arrival. I was skeptical renting here because this home was not listed elsewhere. Wow, what a hidden gem. The location in Sea Pines is gorgeous, the close proximity to the beach. ( 2 min bike ride/ 5 min walk) was ideal. Short bike ride to Harbourtown/salty dog. This home comes with everything including anything you can think of for the beach including beach towels. Loved the upper bedroom for kids. Highly recommend this home.

We spent a week at your house and had the best time. Everything was as the picture looked and more. The pool was great and my granddaughters had a great time. We loved all the items in the garage for the pool and going to the beach. We are already planning our return next year

Can’t say enough good things about this property. The Owners have thought of everything to make your stay fun; Checkers/chess board, crayons, fully stocked kitchen…I could go on an on. For our grandkids, the ‘bunk room’ was the favorite. We loved it so much we’ve already booked next year’s stay.

The location and home were perfect. When we first checked in there were a few questions / concerns that were quickly addressed. The home was clean and welcoming. This is the best stocked kitchen we have seen. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is perfect for one or more families. We love the short walk to the beach every day and having the bike trail close is great too. We played golf, almost daily visits to the Salty Dog and swam in the pool. We saw lots of deer in the backyard which is a cool bonus! We have stayed here before and will stay again. N need to look at any other homes in Sea Pines.

Had an amazing vacation at 38 Deer Run Lane, and appreciate everyone who made it possible. The property manager was so quick to respond to a question we had, and we really appreciated that. I would only add that the controls to the fire pit are a bit tricky and probably should be looked at. Many thanks!!!

Great location for walking or biking to the beach; about halfway by bike between Harbour Town and South Beach. The beach chairs with backpacks available in the garage were great for biking to the beach. The house was very spacious and comfortable.

Bedding and towels were really nice! Teenagers loved the bunk room. Pool was really nice on hot days of August. Only negative would be tv system. Husband was disappointed in tv size and the limitations of roku system. Other than tv, house was a dream!

We have five grandkids, ages 9-16. The property was just the right size to accommodate all our needs. The pool was a good size as was the kitchen and the location was great!

This property situated close enough to the beach so you can walk or ride your bike. Yet it's located in a nice tree shaded neighborhood. The only downside with covid it is there's nothing at the house with regards to salt pepper, olive oil etc The garage has plenty of chairs and toys and tents in case you don't want to rent.

It was so nice that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. The kids bunk room was amazing and it was nice that it was on the other side of the house. There is a huge couch in the living room and the dining room table was big enough for all of us. The kitchen is well equipped and even had empty cabinets for extra food. The screened in porch was nice as was the fire pit outside. The private pool was just big enough for our group and the kids used it multiple times a day. The garage is equipped with just about everything you need for a day at the beach plus there is an extra refrigerator in there. The outdoor shower was a hit with the kids and they would often run over to warm up (it had hot and cold water) and then jump back in the pool. The house is very close to the beach and if you go to the end of the road towards the ocean there is a short cut through the woods to the bike path, it was maybe a five minute walk and a two minute bike ride. We loved this house!

Wondering time 5 Starts

We have rented houses at Hilton Head a number of times. This home was by far the best one yet. Great location, quiet neighborhood, beautifully updated, well stocked, nice large kitchen with everything you could need, comfortable beds, fun bunk room for kids. Overall, it is a perfect house for multiple families. Backyard had great privacy and nice areas to sit around the pool. Beach is a very easy, short walk or bike ride. House has a nice supply of beach items, including a wagon, beach chairs and toys. Rental company was very responsive. We all had a great time and hope to return again.

We love this house! So much that I don't even want to write a review so the calendar stays open for me to visit whenever I want. The bunk room was loved by our kids, can sleep 8 kids. 3 other bedrooms and a great living room for hanging out. The kitchen is stocked and the garage has a lot of great stuff for the beach. The pool was slow to heat, but it wasn't an issue for us. Finally, nice and secluded backyard and sunporch. Saw many deer walk through the backyard. The beach is a quick 2 minute bike ride or 5 minute walk. It is close to all the paths and harbor town.
