When I check-in the unit, the unit didn't clean at all. The cleaner didn't show up to clean the room, the tip still on the table. We called the host manager and she didn't get back to us until an hour later

Rooms are clean, staffs are helpful, amenities are goods, and easy access to restaurants, shopping,...

It was nice . some confusion on extra charges from Wyndham, but I think we got it straightened out.

The Wyndham Beach Walk is in a great location, and provides a fantastic option for families traveling. The two bedroom units are spacious and come well equipped. However, you might want to note the following prior to booking: 1) Hot Tub was closed during our entire stay (12 days) and the pool was going to be closed from February 6, 2022 to February 14, 2022. 2) Lewers Street can be extremely loud, as you are in the heart of the action, but the windows were fantastic at sound muffling. 3) The unit we stayed in was quite dated, with some of the drawers in the seconday bedroom dresser unable to stay fully closed. 4) The WiFI is limited to only devices, otherwise you have to pay a daily fee.

Close to beach right down town. Walk to beach and shopping and restaurants. Nice owners suite.

The only complaint is that we had to check in and check out and check in and check out and check out… and back in. 3 times. Move rooms almost twice, but ended up moving once. All in a span of 12 days. Something about reservations go Saturday to Saturday and the way the agent booked it made us have to check in and out multiple times, and 3 nights at the end were left out of the reservation and we were told we didn’t have any more nights reserved. Luckily the front desk was so patient and understanding, didn’t make us check out until I could clear it up with the agent (3 hrs past check out). The front desk also didn’t make us move rooms and managed to edit it on their end, even though the agent fixed the missing 3 last nights by reserving a different room That would have required us to move, again, for a second time. The first move was due to the AC going out in the unit (it was 85degrees for two nights inside our room). Wyndham staff was responsive and helpful with all situations we maneuvered through during this weird glichey reservation we made with the agent.

It was a great place to stay! Perfect location next to beach and great restaurants/stores! The concierge was so helpful and they had fun activities daily! The condo was very clean and helped provide a pack n play for my baby! We loved our stay and would definitely come back!
