Great location, only a 2 minute walk from the train station. Only a 5 minute walk into the heart of Pistoia. Easy check-in/check-out.

Quite small and lacking some amenities like a coffee machine and kettle. It was a bit too clean and smelled strongly of bleach. The view outside is average and the window is small.

The solution with opening doors by your mobile phone is amazing. Additionaly it was very clean and modern. Everything was just perfect 👌

The access system entailing an app with bluetooth enabled and not being able to get in a minute early when it was 38 degrees outside. Having to rely on my phone to get in and out of the place. I don't recall seeing that a smartphone was essential. A bottle of water in the fridge on arrival would have been appreciated. Minimal but also a bit soulless.

Quality/price was amazing. The location is very convenient, close to the center but also parking areas. The staff was really kind and flexible towards our needs

i dont like keesy application..stressful took hours to fill up bec customer service cant explain what is tax code. i cant encode. it seems codice fiscale in italy, not friendly application specially for persons not well in digital world and oher non english countries . started the problem in application when i used my carta di soggiorno. the system accepted it but when the app asking the exp date of soggiorno, cant proceed bec its unlimited..i tried to edit to replace other doc but i cant proceed in app. its not permitted in the system.customer service told me to delete the app and install again.. i did it and the same, i cant edit, i cant replace with my other doc id. Then, customer service instructed me to send my carta identita thru email to keesy.com.help..Here again. customer service is wrong..the right email is help.keesy.com...Very tedious and yet customer services are not confident what they're doing to customers...although they're polite and helpful. if i were the owner of the hotel , i think need to have alternative solution for this. or might be even the owner are relying in the system.. were just lucky that my wife brought her codice fiscale..The customer service did all the inputs of our codice fiscsle and thanks for that after 2 hours processing the keyless app..Enjoy reading and have a nice day..
