We love staying here year after year. Everything is spotless. The views are beautiful!! We couldn’t ask for a better stay in Chincoteague!

Entire apartment is of 7 star ratings. The kitchen was well equipped with all modern gadgets and appliances. Chinaware and silverware was of top quality.

The house was lovely and clean with plenty of space and a nicely equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for four adults and two kids.

Just right for our family of 4. Felt spacious, beautiful views, conveniently close to Chincoteague. Clean and well kept. Nice, fully stocked kitchen.

My family absolutely loved staying here. Great location, the house is warm and comfy, and it was so easy to relax. Right on the water with multiple balconies. We often just stayed outside watching the water and the wildlife. We saw a great sunset too! And the location is fantastic. Very close to restaurants and the wildlife park. We definitely recommend this delightful house!

We loved staying on the little island or marsh. The townhouse was beautiful and the views were unbeatable. The only thing we did not enjoy were all the loud seagulls on the dock everyday. They were a bit annoying, and took away the quietness of the location. The property manager & the owner were very friendly & very helpful.

This place was perfect. It was clean, fully stocked and in a great location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We specifically went to see the rocket launch from Wallops Island. We had a perfect view right from the property.

My husband and I, along with our dog, enjoyed a nice and quiet get away in this beautiful home. The furnishings are attractive, the house is clean, well-equipped, and well- maintained. We especially appreciated the courteousness of the hosts to generously supply things like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and hand soap, and trash bags. We only used the bed in the master bedroom, but it was very comfortable. The views of the shimmering water from the decks and the windows were amazing. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

This townhouse and all of its furnishing are in brand new condition. The views were great. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Best of all the host messaged me and even brought sheets/towels in the home late in the evening as we had forgotten to pack them! Very accommodating host. I wouldn't recommend bringing a boat though to tie up at the dock as the channel is very choppy and it's not realistic to have a boat tied up unless there are idyllic conditions. That being said, there was a tropical storm off shore and the weather wasn't exactly ideal. We enjoyed renting biking and cruising through Assateague Island. The mini-golf was fun too. A nice place to visit for a long weekend.

We loved the home- it was beautiful and we especially loved the views and that is was on its own private marsh, across from the town! The home had everything we needed. Thank you, we look forward to visiting again!

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. The internet was a bit slow, but hopefully that's a glitch. We would love to come back. The dock was great for fishing, we caught spotfish, croaker, sea bass, trout, and even a flounder! and crabbing off the dock was fun for the kids too. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful property, clean house, gorgeous views, and a lovely week overall. Only slight downside is that marsh island is a bit removed from the main island. But otherwise, would definitely stay again. Thank you for a relaxing beach week!

We loved Sea Gate! Our 8 days in the condo were wonderful — we needed to decompress after the last year! The two balconies are the star feature, right over the water. It was fun watching all of the action in town, as well as the watercraft, dolphin and birds. Kitchen well-equipped, king bed in master super comfortable and the a/c was amazing with the summer heat. We have a tall SUV and it fit perfectly in the garage. Close to downtown Chincoteague and everything it has to offer, it seemed like we were on our own private island. We’ve stayed on the island many times in the past and this was by far our favorite place. We can’t wait to come back!

Top notch Townhouse on the Chincoteague Channel. Everything you need is in this lovely decorated home (except sheets/towels). Sit on one of the 2 decks or go down to the dock to enjoy sunrise & sunset views. If you're lucky, you'll catch a view of dolphins swimming by. Bring your fishing pole and fish or crab off the backyard dock! Relaxation at your fingertips!

The home itself is beautiful and comfortable (although slightly off the main island as others have mentioned), however several factors made our vacation experience less than ideal. Firstly, there were major storms that made parking in one of the spaces less than ideal due to water levels so we parked in what we thought was an unmarked space as there weren’t any “no parking” signs. The next day the owners came by unannounced and into the property to have the care moved. Second, there were hidden and unnecessary costs for the amount of work they expect (e.g., paying a cleaning fee despite being responsible for sweeping plus extra linen costs); Third, they only prove one towel per person which makes longer trips harder without doing the wash multiple times; and fourth, there was minimal hospitality in any communication. These, and given that the house faces away from the sunset, next time we will stay at a hotel on the west side of the island. This was the first mediocre (negative) Vrbo experience we’ve had so were ultimately disappointed.

The townhouse was spotless and had everything we needed. The location is perfect- we could have spent the entire time on the balcony!

This is a beautiful property. Only one tiny drawback. The plastic cover on the king bed was torn, cheap and bunched up. The very cheap mattress cover did not help. I brought my own linens rather than pay an additional fee for sheets and towels. I should have brought my own matress pad too. This is a very easy fix, hopefully the property manager/owner will address this. Other than that, it was perfect.

I went with a few friends to Chicoteague! This property is so amazing and my group loved it so much. We all think we will bring friends and family back. Charming decors, perfect sunrise and sunset view!

The property was first class! Really clean and well stocked with just about any pot/pan and appliance you could imagine. The decor was pleasing and comfortable. Water views from the living room and bedrooms was beautiful...we saw dolphins swim by in the early morning. A great place to relax and enjoy with family.

This property was beautiful, clean, and wonderful views of the water. It had lots of space, and everything we needed. The internet was iffy at times, came and went but that didn't greatly affect our plans. I was hoping we would be able to walk into town from the condo, but the bridge around doesn't have a walkway and it was busy with traffic. It is only a few minutes to drive into town, but it would have been lovely to walk into town. I didn't realize Marsh Island was a separate Island from the main Island. Would return and stay again.

The townhouse is clean, comfortable and spacious, a great place to relax for a few days around New Years. Enjoyed the water views and the like-new feel of the house on the colder, rainy days. Short drive to Assateague to hike and walk the beach on the nicer days.

We wanted an escape during COVID and this property is perfect. The view over to Chincoteague, especially with the Chincoteague Christmas tree up, made the stay for me. Looking out over the water was just so peaceful. The house is new, clean, and decorated very well. The area was quiet. I would love to be there now.

Super clean, peaceful and lovely vacation getaway. Chincoteague is one of our favorite places to visit. We loved staying here in this beautiful townhouse on the water. We would highly recommend this rental!

Rented with VRBO and stayed at the Marsh Island Sea Gate condo for four night minimal stay. We used the newly placed dock for a boat pickup for an island tour. We were hoping for a Wallops Antares launch but it was scrubbed due to weather. The condo was as advertised, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, all we had to really bring in was ice since the ice maker on fridge was off, probably due to covid. Linens were provided but you may want to bring a blanket/ extra pillows if you sleep with more than one. I would surely return as a happy guest.
