Excellent service from Property Management. Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Nice view of the lighthouse. House is well equipped with almost anything you'd need. (except for large coffee mugs - which is a minor detail.) It would be cool in the summer and is very nice and cozy this almost winter-like weekend. Thank you very much.

We loved this place from the moment we arrived. The view of the lighthouse, across Assateague Channel, from the front yard, was perfect. The space, while listed as only 960 sqft, seemed larger. It was perfect for us - a retired couple, traveling mid-week in the off season. And the FireTV was great - we signed in to our own Prime Video and Netflix accounts, and watched the next episodes of our usual series. But then we went to make up one of the queen beds. Both of them were extremely hard. We chose the least-worst mattress, which had two mattress pads on it, but it didn't help. We had two nights of the worst sleeps in years. I know everyone has their own preference about mattresses, but these were definitely not for us.

Comfortable home in the perfect location with Lighthouse views from the front yard. Every morning we were visited by whitetail deer. Just a short walk up the street and we were able to use our binoculars to see Beach Boys band on Lighthouse Beach. We enjoyed our stay at Lilly Pad and look forward to visiting again.

We enjoyed our stay very much.. The only improvement would be the bathroom, which needs renovation. Otherwise,it was great.

Great location on Chincoteague! We loved the cozy house, great space and amenities. Nice furnishings. Having the washer/dryer was very handy. One mattress was very uncomfortable and hard, and having a few extra blankets for the living room would be nice, but otherwise we were very comfortable there and would definitely stay again.

The house is small but great for couples or small family. Kitchen was well equipped. Close to everything. 5 minuets to the beach. Only thing I would change is the beds, they were hard as a board. But great stay. Thanks!

Nice spot to stay for 4 adults, any more would have been too crammed. 3 bedrooms but only one bathroom. Property has a charcoal grill- would have been nice to have known that prior to arrival. A lot of mosquitoes in the yard / outside the week we were there in July so did not get to spend much time outside on porch/ deck however it is a nice sized yard. Neighborhood is quiet. 10 min drive to the beach. Loved the hardwood floors and the best part was the hot water and water pressure of the shower! A/c functioned great. Could have been more updated but for a beach rental, it’s what one would expect. Communication and directions/instructions were very clear for check in / out process. Had a jon boat along - a little difficult to back into the driveway due to the narrow road but once in the driveway it fit 2 trucks and the boat. Wish we knew when trash night was. Overall had a nice stay!

We enjoyed all the space, great mattresses and air coditioning. However the bathroom needs lots of TLC. The linoleum flooring from the 70s has not aged well. The surround for the bathtub needs replacement. Holes in the door and walls from prior hooks etc. should be filled. Also, though we enjoyed the air conditioning, we would have liked to open windows. However the screens for 4 of the 8 windows in the house needed repair. We enjoyed our stay but considering the price we paid, the bathroom should have certainly been improved.

The property was immaculate. It is an older home but has been maintained. The house is located in a residential neighborhood away from the main thoroughfares which made it peaceful. I think the longest drive was about 4 minutes to get food but most were much closer. The island was beautiful and everyone was friendly. Once you get here, you will not want to leave!

We loved this house. Plenty of outdoor space and a kitchen to cook in. Easy to get around the island!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Quiet street minutes from town and a gorgeous view right out the front door. Absolutely no complaints and plan to return next year!

This property has great views from the front yard and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed having our dog with us during our stay. It is a nice place to get away for awhile and just relax.

This home had everything we needed, was clean and cheerful (bright even on rainy days), and had thoughtful details such as a Miele vacuum, plenty of nice glassware, a new blender, etc. It was useful to have a washer and dryer as well. We would stay here again.

Clean, well kept. Offers most everything we needed for our stay. Lots of hot water!! With four ladies and one bathroom that is important. Comfortable and good location. Great view of the water and the light house.

My family and I stayed at Lily Pad in July and were very pleased with the accommodations! Close to Maddox Blvd yet away from the noise and crowds. Everything was clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

LilyPad was the perfect size for us. The neighborhood was very nice and safe and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Everything we needed, we had at the house. It was comfortable, well stocked and so peaceful! We had a great time at the home and happy to stay here again!

The house was comfortable and roomy enough for the four of us and the location was a short drive to the beach, restaurants and shops. My only complaint is the slippery shower (which others have mentioned in their reviews). We purchased an inexpensive shower mat from Walmart and problem was solved. All in all we had a great vacation.

We were very pleased with the property located in a quiet neighborhood that is well maintained. The property had very comfortable space. Everything worked just like home. We were told what to bring and what was available for us which was accurate. If you wish to stay here don't worry about coffee filters because everyone has left filters and there is a large supply. All appliances worked great. We took our small dog which worked out fine. This is the first vacation since Covid and was well worth it. I am sorry I forgot to leave a tip for the cleaners.

We love Chincoteague and renting the house for the week instead of a hotel was the best thing we’ve done for vacation. We loved it!

We had a lovely time during our time at Lily Pad. The house was very nicely decorated and stocked. We had everything we needed and more. We would love to stay again in the future.

The location of the property between the National Forest and downtown area make it very accessible. The home in general was well kept with minor issue. On the positive common area furnishing were comfortable, kitchen table nice and large for food prep and eating together. Bathroom shower head was wonderful better then many upscale hotels. The fire pit in the front gave a glimpse of the lighthouse, and neighbors even stopped by. There were a couple issues- my little boy found a broken glass under the bed when he was searching for his stuffed animal, there was a significant amount of dog poop in the back yard (we brought our own bags and always cleaned up-and just stayed out of the back). I brought up a concern of a very cheap can opener to the property management. The listing said everything for the cook after all and they thought it was an attack. I didn't mean it as an attack just brought up a problem in a general email asking about our stay. It took 10 full minutes to open one can, it was frustrating. I suggested they invest in an opener that would be more useful. I sent a picture to show what I meant. They sent over a new can opener the next day but very same one that would have same issue. It is a small thing but in the end we rented a house to be able to cook in the kitchen and an upgrade in things like can openers and knives would be pleasing to customers.

This rental was great for us and our pets. The home was clean and had all of the amenities we required for a lovely Christmas stay. We enjoyed the fire pit, the yard and the view of the lighthouse!
