The accommodation was not thoroughly cleaned

I liked the lagoon but it was too full

I didn't like the fact that I was told to pay extra R500 on the last minute, the place experienced loadshedding and there was no iron at the place The bed was making funny sounds when I was sleeping

I really had a great time everything was so perfect 👌👌👌I wouldn't mind going back

The location wasn't bad. The room was clean.

We checked in late. Hustle at the entrance. The bathroom towel was dirty. The sheets where stained. The 🛌 was noisy. The wooden frame made noise each time I turned at night. I paid more money than stated on booking. That was disappointing, paid more money than the accommodation was worth. 😔

Except for the bed,wet sheets & blanket. I liked everything about the place.

The only thing that I didn't like was the bed,I kept on making this funny sounds even when you turn. And the other thing that I didn't like was that the blanket & sheet was wet to a point that we had to sleep on the couch..

Friendly host she really went out of her way to make me comfortable

Price advertised on Booking.com is not all you have to pay. I paid R1000 deposit and is still not refunded. I will never do business with them. After you have booked and paid, you are given many conditions and have to pay a deposit. This should be explained beforehand and not after booking. I waited and only checked in on the early hours of Saturday whereas I had booked to check in on Friday. My vacation was turned into a horrible experience.

The lagoon area is pretty impressive. Good safety.

We requested early check in but made to wait outside the estate by security. Dirty unwashed dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival. Dirty marks on bedding. Tiny apartment. Below expectations unfortunately.

Pictures dont do justice to this apartment,everything was superb and clean.would definitely visit again. The host is super friendly and welcoming.

The place is really clean, accommodating and user friendly, more than other apartments I've been to in the lagoon.

A fun getaway in the city. Very convenient for short stays. Loved the man-made beach. A wonderful novelty in the reef. The apartment itself was very clean. Smelled great. And was it not for the juvenile resident/occupant next door blasting music as it he was at a junior high school hostel, everything would have gone 100% tops!
