Two minutes from the beach with a sea view.

Lovely little guest house, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. Zara was there to greet us 😃. Fantastic location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Walk along the esplanade for about 20 minutes which is full of bars etc… bus outside property if you need it but it’s such a nice easy walk. My mum is 77 and she had no problem walking to the pier and back. There is a train that takes you to the end of the pier, we done this b amind there’s nothing really up there to do once you are there, with only one expensive drink/ food place but lovely views. Would definitely stay at the guesthouse again, very impressed thank you 😊

Clean and welcoming

It was close to the sea but still relatively quiet. The room was clean and we got fresh milk :)

Guest house was very clean and new, lovely furnishing and very comfortable bed. Made to feel welcome by Zara who was a lovely host.

Big enough room

A lot to pay for size of room and facilities, location as well considering its not near the town centre. Two single beds both uncomfy and the 'fresh' milk is left without a fridge so goes funny by the morning. The 'freebies' that you get in most B&Bs are tiny, towels were small and even though I confirmed a time to arrive three times they still said they wouldn't be there at that time after saying they would be. A house with a room is what it is, would be alright if cheaper but was just very overpriced for what it was.

The location was right on the shoreline road, which was great for access. The room was decorated in a modern, clean style, and made for a great picture with the table orchid for a photo I wanted to take for my dad's birthday remembrance (I posted up a birthday card he would have loved alongside the orchid; really good framing!). Wifi was included in the price; good reception.

This is definitely a guest house for younger people with good mobility; there's a steep stair to the bedrooms and the en suite was small, needing careful manoeuvring!

Very clean, nicely decorated, quiet room. Welcoming host, located right next to the park and beach, good sized space. Tea and coffee left in the room. All in all a nice place to stay for a night or two.

The TV was an old digibox-style and the signal didn't work. A bit pricey but that seems to be the market at the moment. Early checkout too, was 10am and would have preferred 11. None of these are deal breakers though.

Location was great; there was easy parking close by; Zara was very friendly and helpful; the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean; lovely touch to have separate jars for on the tea tray plus fresh milk (a real luxury).

The room was lovely. Nicely decorated and clean. everything you need and want in a guest room. Beds are comfy and blinds and curtains keep out the light. Service was great too and owner responded quickly to any queries. would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay

I booked this property for my mum, so she could visit me for Christmas. Zara was amazing, really friendly and kept in contact to make sure my mum's stay was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, right by the seafront and it was fantastic value for money. My mum will stay here again next time she visits and I would highly recommend to anyone!
