Noisy no black out curtains. Room fixtures needed repair. Hole in wall in our room bathroom tap barely worked and shower leaked badly.

AC was not working in our first room so we had to change to a different room. Expensive breakfast.

They had a safe place to store our bicycle. The shower was warm, the bed comfortable, the air conditioning worked, it was quite, it was right down town, it had a swimming pool.

Serve Breakfast at 7:00 AM. For us traveling 9:00 is too late.

Stuff is not speaking well English and they cannot give any advice what to do or what to see in the town.

Probably, the only good thing I can say about this hotes is its location. Breakfast is ok.

Everything else doesn't stands up to four stars by any means. First of all check in time is hour later that stated at the booking page. When we arrived in time, we've been politely ask to wait for another hour. When I told a receptionist that it has to be a mistake, he answered me that they "forgot" to change it in the description. I had to insist on checking in. Then, when we settled in our "lux" we found out that the minibar is empty (like, completely) and there isn't even tea bags nor shugar provided (although, there was a kettle in the room). One of two windows in the rooms wasn't closing properly, and since the hotel facing busy street it's always noisy, like you sleeping in the middle of the street. Finally, the only reason we've picked this hotel in the first place - a swimming pool... That was the biggest disappointment. First of all - it is only available to guests for only a couple of hours early in the morning and evening. Personnel doesn't speak English, which is kinda weird for a four star hotel, but ok... But the biggest let down was that... we've been asked to wear a swimming caps... in the hotel pool... How many people bring their swimming caps with them while traveling?? So ofcourse, we had to turn back and return in our room, completely dry :) Unfortunately, can't recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel brochure says that the pool starts working at 7 A.M. but it was closed till 9 o'clock.

The location is great. Only complaint is the front desk slept on the floor. I went to the front desk at 8:35 in the morning and he can’t open his eyes.

The best thing about the hotel is its location - right in the middle of town, opposite the central park and a few minutes’ walk from the Stalin museum. The room was clean and quiet (even though it faced the road) and the en-suite bathroom was very nice. There was plenty of choice in the breakfast menu. I was there for one night only so didn’t have chance to use the pool.

The very loud music at breakfast time wasn’t to my taste. I prefer a quieter start to the day, with space to think…
