Property wasclean and easy to find. Things were a little dated and the pool table wasn't balanced. Internet kept going out. Served our purposes.

Well kept and very well cleaned home with no issues that the owner didn’t immediately fix. Loved the stay and would stay there again no problem!

The owner is amazing and friendly! The house and set up was great. Only thing is there is only 1 TV in the whole house so be prepared to entertain the kiddos! Other than that, house was perfect!

The house was great. Very clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The area is a quiet neighborhood and close enough to stores. Would highly recommend this house and will use it again in the future if we are in that area. The host was easy to communicate with.

The owner was incredibly timely with his responses and sharing of information. The propert itself was perfect for our family. I was impressed with how clean everything was. There was plenty of parking and it is on a side road that isnt busy. I would highly recommend this property.

Came in town from New Orleans to watch the Saints play the Colts. The house was in a quiet neighborhood just miles to the stadium and the Indy speedway. Comfortable house with all the amenities. Would stay again if I am this way again.

Came down for work and 3 of us stayed in this wonderful home. Just an all around nice comfortable stay. Highly recommend

Everything was great. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you’d need for a long weekend. We were a short 10-15 minute easy drive to downtown Indy for the game. Would recommend for sure to anyone coming to Indy for a visit!!

This was perfect for 4 retired guys coming to Indianapolis for a race.

This house was perfect for our stay. 4 bed with 3 FULL baths. Perfect for our crew if 5. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans for our needs and a large fridge for all our food. Note there was only one TV in the house (next to the pool table) but that didn't bother us as we were pleasantly surprised that it had a Roku attached so we watched whatever we wanted anyway. Next don't let the location full you. Yes it was right off the interstate and yes it was in the flight path of the airport but don't fear, we didn’t hear any outside noise inside the house. Honestly the neighborhood was really quiet considering where we were at. Being on a dead end street does have its advantages. The house was a 12 minute straight shot to downtown Indy making our trips to the con super simple and the surrounding neighborhood had plenty of restaurants and shops if needed. All in all, I will definitely be looking at this location again on our next trip to Indy.

Great residence. The washing machine/dryer combo was disappointing since we had such a big group. (At minimum it took 4 hours to do a load) we did have some issues during our stay but manager was very responsive & fixed things immediately with very little inconvenience to us. Would stay again.

Hidden in a little neighborhood off the interstate, this house is a great place to relax and unwind. It is VERY clean and has so many amenities - towels, toiletries, kitchen items, and a nice little patio. Joe was very responsive and everything was exactly as pictured.

Great location near pretty much everything. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The property itself is in great shape. We were a group of 7 so pretty sizable in comparison to most travelers. I will say that you would have to be a little creative (with a group of 7 or more) when it comes to accommodations for meals if you plan to eat together and sit everyone at the same table. However there is another round table located by the pool table to handle overflow. The listing mentioned a pool however there was not one present… Otherwise it was very cozy and great for family time. I would certainly stay again and would recommend to others! There really wasn’t a need to communicate with Joe as it met expectation’s and covered the same basis as one would expect from any respectable hotel. Check-in/out was very simple, details and rules clearly posted on refrigerator. When I did reach out I got a response in-less than 5 minutes so I say “Well done”, Sir!! A+

Only thing I would want to do is get the stove level and the oven calibrate.. temperature is not correct. Otherwise we love the house and Joe was great host

It was a beautiful home! It was super clean, Their was lots of room, for what we needed was the perfect spot. The pool table was where we spent the most time. We had lots of fun. When I need another home this is where I will go to next time.

We met family near Indianapolis for a quick get away trip. The home was very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for us to cook up a meal and relax while visiting together. The home is also very close to downtown Indianapolis (about 5 miles and 10-15 minutes), which was great to head to the zoo, the children’s museum or the mall. We were able to have breakfast at the house, go downtown for a bit and then be back to cook dinner and relax. I highly recommend this place!

We were in town for a wedding and this house was great! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax when not at the wedding. The location was close to downtown and surrounding areas. This is a great place to stay!

First time to Indianapolis for Monday night football to watch the Steelers play the Colts! This place was perfectly located and a straight shot to down town. About 15 minute drive down the road. The house was clean and easy to find. The rooms and setup were perfect for our group with plenty of space. Having 3 bathrooms was great with everyone getting ready. Joe was great providing clear details to get in. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Indy!

Property was as advertised. Clean, safe and well located. We were in town for a wedding and the multiple restrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready without running into each other. The game room was an added bonus. The pool table gave us something to do while waiting on everyone and watching college football on the big screen television. If you’re coming to Indy, this home provides easy access to all that the city has to offer.

Host was very responsive and had prepared the house in wonderful condition. We had a great experience!

We loved our first visit to Indy and our stay at this property. The location was great for us (only a few miles away from our nephew’s house), the neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was nicely stocked and we loved the pool table!! If we visit again, we will definitely stay here again!!

The property was clean and comfortable. It was close to many of the attractions that we were interested in seeing.

Nice house! Easy entry and the description was pretty accurate! Wish there would of been a notebook/folder with house policy, interesting attractions, location of extra towels/bedding, etc!
