The location is great and security was up to par.
The towels are smelly and old.We were there for 3 day and it was only "cleaned" once,yet it is a serviced room. Bedding was dirty.

Decor.
It wasn't as comfortable as I had expected.
Drainage smell in the bathroom.
TV is old and operating it was a nightmare. Remote batteries were flat, and the most important button didn't work.
Bent and old cuttlery.
I clearly didn't get the room in the pictures.

The view from the room is to die for, the bathtub😍😍😍...I got an upgrade, which is fantastic by the way. Thank you.
Please upgrade the towels. It's substandard for such a beautiful apartment 😍

Great location. Stylish.
The toilets have see through glass in an open bathroom - so if you are with a partner and they are in the bedroom, they will 100% see everything you do in the toilet
Its the word design…. They should frost the toilet door at least!?

Neat apartment with great décor, lovely views and luxury finishes. Very private and super comfortable. I would recommend this stay! Close to Menlyn Maine's restaurants, casino and entertainment venues.
I loved everything, nothing bad to say. Normally I would make recommendations of improvement but this time I could not find anything. Super pleasant stay. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay very central in Pretoria but in a safe environment.

Bed is not comfortable for 2 people. Bed base hollow to middle and needs to be replaced

Great area. Large apartment. Great view.
For the price you expect aircon.
The curtains were dirty.
The toilet door doesn't close properly and the door is glass so your partner can see you on the toilet no privacy. Some times toilet didn't flush.
The room wasn't clean enough like carpets ect. things from previous occasions where there.
Bedbase was broken.
No charge points next to bed one bedlamp couldn't be connected.

The building is incredibly secure and close to the necessary retail outlets. Kitchen has most of what you'll need in a self-catering apartment.The apartment was fairly clean with modern furniture and appliances.
More attention to detail with cleaning.Desk had sticky drinks residue. Please fix faulty chair on the kitchen dining set.My partner almost injured herself.Please supply an ice bucket.

The apartment is sound proof and the views were exceptional.
Connecting to the WiFi was a mission. And when it finally connected, it took forever to load. Ended up not using it

The apartment is centrally located with immediate access to shops and restaurants.
Tastefully decorated large comfortable open space
Laundry facilities and portable aircon was a bonus
Loved the modern design and finishes and pool area. Working desk space came in handy
Main bedroom was equipped with a TV and full bathroom for added convieniece.
Definitely recommend be it for business or leisure.
The main bedroom had a bad odour and phunk in bedroom/bathroom - it smelled as though it hadn't been cleaned in days. The sheets were crumpled, looked like someone slept in it and just covered the bed neatly, the bedding wasn't refreshed, also had a smell to it.
Washing machine looked worn but it works
The aged tumble dryer took forever to dry the clothes.
There was only one teaspoon to share
The coffee/tea and sugar canisters were grimy.
