Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the condition of this home. It is in dire need of general maintenance and the cleaning was subpar. The photos do not reflect current state of the home. The living room was infested with ants and the floor turned my grandkids feet black the first night. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the floor himself. The lower-level shower smelled of sewer gas every time it was used and the caulk was moldy. Every closet had leftover items and clutter. There were tennis shoes under the kitchen sink and clothes in closets.
Pool was not cleaned prior to our arrival, lots of sand in the bottom which was green. The trim and the tile was falling off into the pool. The 5th day of our stay it was finally cleaned. All of the doors, trim and railing were rusty, had peeling paint and were dirty/ unkept looking. The most egregious problem was exposed 240V wires around the pool area where my grandkids were playing. There were at least three areas where the walkway was falling in. I could go on all day. Do not rent this. Pictures are several years old, the place needs some TLC.

Everything was perfect, except the sofa was broken down and quite worn, the water pressure in showers were not great, television in one of the bed rooms didnt turn on which was no big deal for us. We would rent the property again. It was such a great location and very nice neighbors.

Everything was as good as it was listed! Plenty of towels and necessities! Beautiful home with great location. Quick walk and easy access to beach. Plenty of space inside and out!

This is a great get away for families with a nice pool and plenty of space. Each member has their own bathroom and plenty of parking. Several locations to access the beach both by walking or nearby public park access.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was beautiful and clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect fit for us I highly recommend this place

Excellent location, away from the crowded area. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Lichen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Even had a pan-n-play for our smallest one to sleep in. Overall we had a great time and would love to go back!

Perfect location for softball parks
Perfect location for PCB World Series. There was plenty of room for 3 families and we didn’t feel like we were crowded. Beach was close and could walk or drive to the public access lot. The pool was a nice touch although expected it to be bigger…no complaints though! Would stay here again!

This house was a perfect fit for my family of 14. The pool was a nice bonus for the kids. Everyone enjoyed the back deck. We had a great time.

This was our first time in Florida and our first time renting a house. The house was exactly as we saw it on VRBO. It was clean, it had 4 rooms with restroom in each one. This was perfect for us because we all had our own room and privacy. The house has a private pool which was great for our kids. They loved it! The beach was at walking distance so we were able to come and go a few times a day. Karen was a great host. She answered any doubts I had right away. All in all it was a great experience! I would definitely come back.

The house was very lovely and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the floors weren't swept well and there was trash under the living room couch. And there was also strands of hair in the bed but thankfully there were .ore bedding to use.

We had a large group of friends get together for a weekend and had a blast. The back yard was ideal for our birthday weekend celebration and we walked to a couple fun places to eat and socialize. Easy in and out. Close to everything you need and a short walk to the beach.

Great Spot for a Fun Group
We had a large group of friends get together for a weekend and had a blast. The back yard was ideal for our birthday weekend celebration and we walked to a couple fun places to eat and socialize. Easy in and out. Close to everything you need and a short walk to the beach.

The house is exactly as the pictures represented, could watch beautiful sunrise or sunset from the third-floor balcony. A very short walk to the beach or load everything into your vehicle and drive the few blocks. Great to have the pool and chairs and table in the backyard as well as corn hole. Great location as a few restaurants and nightclubs close by, but not too noisy. Easy Dr., One Direction to the marinas, and the other direction for shopping. Kitchen well stocked. We have absolutely nothing negative to say

A very short walk to the beach or load everything into your vehicle and drive the few blocks. Great to have the pool and chairs and table in the backyard as well as corn hole. Great location as a few restaurants and nightclubs close by, but not too noisy. Easy Dr., One Direction to the marinas, and the other direction for shopping. Kitchen well stocked. But everything else was nice and clean. There was enough blankets, sheets, pillows and towels and beach towels. Loved it!!

Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Dishwashing Soap, Laundry Soap, Spices, All the Cooking Utensils & Cookware, Pool was Super Clean, Patio Area was Spotless, Much Much better than I expected.

Super cute house that was great for our large family!
We booked very last minute (the day before our trip) and Karen was very gracious about it. The backyard was great and the kids spent most of their time in the pool. We were able to make food at home most of the weekend since the kitchen is well equipped. The extra blankets and pillows were perfect and made us extra comfortable.
Check in was easy! The walk to the beach was short and there was a crosswalk that wasn’t too far.
A room on the bottom floor was perfect for us as we have two children in wheelchairs although if you cannot physically lift the wheelchair I wouldn’t recommend this property because the front patio does have a small step up. Since our children are small enough that wasn’t a problem.
There is a restaurant/bar nearby that was very loud one of the nights but not so bad you couldn’t sleep through.
Overall we loved the house and would definitely recommend for a family trip!

Luv'd this house! Especially liked the fact that the kitchen was well equipped. Tiki bar was a bonus. Only constructive criticism would be to supply a few more beach towels, and maybe 2 more beach chairs. Thank you for allowing us to rent this home!

We had small children who nap, so the outdoor area was great. We spent a lot of time in the pool, on the deck and playing corn hole. Short walk to beach only concern was crossing Thomas Drive. House was fully stocked and home owner was great to work with. Hope to stay there again.

We stayed at this awesome house for 6 nights over the July 4th Holiday. We had 8 adults and children ages 1,2, and 3. The house was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The TVs in every bedroom plus the living room, and a refrigerator on every floor were much appreciated. The short walk to the beach was easy, and there is adequate parking if you wish to rent a golf cart to putter around as we did. The pool is just the right size and the patio/bar area are nice to spend time at in the back yard. There is a restaurant/bar nearby which was convenient to visit but surprisingly quiet for naptimes and bedtime. The weather was a bit questionable at times, but the house made our stay pleasant no matter what was going on outside. The July 4th fireworks displays when viewed from the 3rd floor balcony were absolutely amazing!
