You will not be disappointed staying here. Harley and Nevia will take great care of you. The location was perfect as we didn’t want to be in the busy downtown area. It’s close to Secret beach. Be sure and get a golf cart and bring mosquito spray if you have sweet blood. Lots of boating excursions that will pick you up right at the dock. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend Los Encantos.

This place was amazing!!! The views were spectacular!! We were there for a full week, so quiet and peaceful. The house was perfect for all our needs. We had 6 adults and it had plenty of room for all of us. Harly and Nevia were great, available when needed. Clinton took us on our adventures and they were the best.....so much fun. Would fully recommended Los Encantos!!!

We traveled as a group of 5 ladies for my daughter and her friend’s high school graduation trip. We loved everything about Los Encantos. The views, the pool, the dock and palapa with its loungers. The villa is perfectly equipped with everything needed. Having three bathrooms was especially great with 5 women. The bedrooms are all good sized and perfectly equipped. The AC units are awesome because you can turn them off during the day but they cool the bedrooms off quickly when you are ready for bed. Harley and Nevia are onsite to help with any questions or needs. We highly recommend this villa if you would like to be out of the congestion of San Pedro and have a relaxing, quiet place to stay. Make sure you rent a golf cart because you definitely need it up in that northern area. There are enough good restaurants and a couple stores nearby to fulfill any needs you may have missed with your grocery order. In fact, the restaurants were so good we left tons of food for Harley and Nevia at the end of our trip. You won’t regret staying at Los Encantos if you like to be able to watch the ocean while sitting on a lovely deck, in the pool or on a dock. We think it was “unBelizable.”

The house was fantastic! The caretakers went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. Our only issue was the lack of safety floatation devices on the dock. We could not locate a safety ring to assist with going after our teenager who went out in the ocean too far. Otherwise, our stay was awesome and would recommend it.

This is absolutely the place to stay! Beautiful and charming beachfront property with a massive ocean view. This is probably the best vacation rental we have had through all our travels. Janice and her husband were very accommodating and have provided all the comforts of home at their property. Also they will help you take care of all the travel and excursion details. Just do yourself a favor and listen to all their advice and let them handle all the details. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again.

After exploring the island it was always great to come back and relax with AC throughout the place. The landscaping here really puts you in paradise and the pool was a good place to hang out at times. Harly and his wife, whom maintains the grounds were amazing and we did the Mermaid adventures with Clinton. We rented a cart and Janice the owner was always on hand to help us out if we had any issues or point out the best places to go. All in all it was a great vacation.

The property and location are magnificent! Other guests near by were loud holiday makers and monopolized the pool by standing in it and drinking.. a lot. The management and the staff had a major disconnect making it difficult to achieve simple requests. A large frying pan, trash removal and obtaining a fishing guide. The caretaker lit the garbage bin on fire —-twice. Flames were 6-7 feet high. It was located next to the golf cart parking lot !

The property was great. Loved the pool and the dock with palapa. The ocean views were amazing from the deck and we walked the beach every morning.
The management company was great to work with and arranged flights and golf carts for us. Neveya and Harley were very helpful during our stay. We had a fabulous time.

We stayed for a week with two other couples. All arrived and departed at different times. Janice was very helpful and full of information. Nevia and Harley took care of all on-site needs, including two amazing home cooked meals. Excursions with Ali Mermaid were excellent! Clinton customized private tours that will be lifetime memories.

From check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely lovely! What a beautiful home! Nevia and Harley were great help for the property! She made us a great meal of stewed chicken and coconut rice with some amazing banana/caramel pies. and a beautiful flan cake for my daughter's birthday! Cleaning the place was a welcome help midway through our stay as sand does tend to get everywhere. But we had so much room for our stay and everyone slept well. My favorite place to chill was on the balcony though for morning coffee or evening drinks. The breeze kept the bugs away. :) The hammock was also like my sanctuary. We loved chilling in the pool in the evening or night with the kiddos (our are older - 13 and 15). Walking out to the pier was also a treat - what a peaceful place. If you can, book with Clinton too for trips! We will definitely be back!!!

The house is great. It’s off the beaten path, but that is a great thing. A golf cart is necessary no matter where you stay, so being north is nice, quiet and beautiful. Communication with management beforehand made it where we just showed up everywhere with everything already arranged. It was so nice. The very best thing about this place is the on-site family who manage the grounds. Harly, the grounds keeper is fabulous. He went out of his way to make sure we stayed comfortable. He opened fresh coconuts for us, kept us stocked with everything we needed and was a great advisor for the area. Nevia, his wife…amazing cook and amazing person. Do yourself a favor and arrange for her to cook for you one night. Homemade fresh tortillas still frequent my dreams. By the end of our week there, I felt like I was leaving new friends!

We spent spring break at this wonderful property! It was great to have a beautiful pool and the oceanfront and only 2 other properties to share with. Nevia and Harly do a wonderful job taking care of guests, and the property manager is super easy to work with. The house was clean and comfortable. Outside of the hustle and bustle of San Pedro, but close enough for a gold cart ride in. We will be back!

My group of high school friends and I had a wonderful time. We were met on the island by Renaldo, who stopped at grocery stores for us, to get some basics. We were welcomed in the condo by Nevia, who I had arranged a meal with, she made us chicken fajitas, beans, rice and banana bread, all wonderful. Harley keeps the grounds in such wonderful shape. The pool was spectacular, we sure wish the seagrassum hadn't been in the water and on the beach, but mother nature had other ideas. The condo was perfect and Nevia kept it clean, and she and Harley had suggestions of where to go and how to get there. Great snorkel trip with Ali Mermaid Adventures. Thank you so much for a GREAT week in paradise.

We will absolutely be back! Family Friendly, Beautiful, and Great People! This was our first trip to Belize and traveling to a new country can be a little intimidating. Everything was arranged for us and made traveling with children a breeze. Nevia is an amazing cook and Harly does a fantastic job keeping everything pristine. Our excursions with Ali Mermaid were amazing! Thank you so much for a fantastic Spring Break vacation!

We loved the property and location. The house, grounds and pool were spotless. The property was quiet and peaceful.
We spent a fair amount of time on the lounge chairs at the end of the dock; the views were gorgeous. We did not spend time on the beach in front of the property, though. There are prettier beaches and better swimming areas on other parts of the island.
The property manager was very communicative. She arranged for our internal flight and transportation to and from the airport, which made traveling easy. She also arranged to have a golf cart waiting at the property when we arrived; you will absolutely need a golf cart to get arond the island. All of her suggestions were fantastic.

We came to San Pedro with our kids 17 & 23. We planned to stay at Los Encantos for 4 days then head to another resort on the mainland for the rest of the week. Long story short…we cancelled the the second resort and stayed at Los Encantos. My kids couldn’t get enough fishing, spear fishing and snorkeling. Janice (the manager) was amazing and quickly rebooked our flights and took care of all the changes that were needed. It’s like staying in a 5 star resort with superb concierge service! The grounds are beautiful, Harley and Nevia are so friendly and helpful with anything you may need. We plan to return next year!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Los Encantos. Janice and Kristie was extremely helpful on the preparation of traveling to San Pedro and as well as planning/providing information on excursions. The house/pool/property were very well maintained which made for a relaxing vacation. The caretakers were so kind and always available to answer questions. Nevia cooked a delicious Belizean dinner for us which I would highly recommend. We have already recommended Los Encantos to our friends and hope to come back sooner than later.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. The pool was refreshing and the view from our balcony was relaxing. Nevia and Harley made our experience enjoyable. We had Nevia cook for us (chicken fajitas and garlic shrimp), she also made a key lime pie and shrimp ceviche (twice) for our stay. The only suggestion I would make is for management to give the renters an invoice with instructions of who to pay and when if they do order any extras. We had a small miscommunication regarding the payment but it was quickly remedied and not a big deal. If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, and safe property outside of town, I would highly recommend.

We loved everything about the rental. It was very laid back and away from San Pedro’s “busy” area. The restaurants on that side are great and the proximity to secret beach is perfect.

the property was so clean and had great views! the sunrise was the best part of my day! the property manager and housekeeping were the sweetest people! the pictures don't do it justice! there was a hammock on the porch, it was so relaxing!

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience with Janice and Reef Management. She helped coordinate just about everything......golf cart rentals, recommended Clinton at Ali Mermaid Adventures, booked our Tropic Air flights and arranged for Nevia to have an amazing meal ready for us upon arrival after a long days journey. The villa at Los Encantos exceeded our expectations! Nevia and Harly do an amazing job taking care of the property as well as the guests. They are so wonderful! Everyone is so welcoming you feel as though you are home. We really enjoyed the location because it was far enough away from town but close enough to everything you need. Also, it's proximity to Secret Beach is great. You won't regret relaxing on the veranda and it's breathtaking ocean view!

Los Encantos is a Great place! We had our four kids with us and they all had a wonderful time. Nevia and Harley are very helpful. We had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from town and you want to watch the sun rise over the ocean every morning, this is your place.

The five of us had a wonderful time at Villa La Jolla! It was restful, relaxing, and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the two meals by Nevia (especially the stewed chicken and coconut rice) and the leftovers kept us full the next day. Harly does a fantastic job of keeping the grounds and pool in pristine condition. We loved just sitting outside in the yard on the lounge chairs, under the palapa, or on the deck in between dips in the pool.
Our excursions with Clinton were both wonderful although we especially enjoyed the fishing trip with the lobsters Phil and Clinton caught for our meal. Everything was so convenient and easy both days.
We truly appreciated the ease of travel to San Pedro and around the island with the help of Reef Management taking care of us so well.
We loved the house and location and would love to return some day in the near future. It truly was a wonderful family time we will remember for years to come!

We had a fabulous time renting this beachfront house. It was very clean and comfortable. Our first night we had a home cooked meal from nevia that was delicious. Janice provided excursion info which led us to all day snorkeling and sunset cruise adventures.

We had the most amazing time at Los Encantos! Harvey, Nevia and Janice were welcoming and so helpful. Nevia made dinner for us when we arrived the first night. Ceviche and chicken fajitas…so yummy! The banana bread and coconut cake were the best! Sitting on the upper deck having coffee in the morning was a highlight. The 2 private excursions, Snorkeling and sunset dinner on remote beach with Clinton, was beyond what we had imagined. Favorite days of the vacation! We slept well and having air conditioning was nice after coming from the jungle where we didn’t have any. Rented a golf cart and visited town, secret beach and many eating and drinking spots. Truck a stop and Purr were 2 of our favorites. The pool was beautiful and the home was very comfortable to relax in after a long day out being active. Janice was always available to answer questions and to set up anything we needed. One of our best vacations ever!
