Me cobraron un precio mayor al enviado por la compañía, 45 dólares por la habitación

La atención y los cobros efectuados ya que no son los que corresponde a lo anunciado, habitación no era la solicitada

El personal del residencial muy amable y solícito para hacer agradable la estadía, resolvieron una necesidad que tuvimos en cuanto a la luz en el servicio higiénico y en lo que se refiere al garaje, dando soluciones y sugerencias a lo que cada huésped requirió. Buen servicio y relación costo/servicio . Las camas muy cómodas y la calefacción superó las expectativas.

Sugeriría que pudieran solicitar a los demás huéspedes que salen de madrugada, respetar el sueño ajeno y mantener el silencio en los pasillos. También sugiero puedan ver la manera de mejorar la ventilación del sanitario, pues emanaba un olor poco agradable durante la noche.

Location is great, almost in the dead center of town. It was clean and there is a tall garage that fit my tall car. The room has a heater which helps at night.

Amenities are extremely simple. No towels. No soap, not even hand soap. No shower curtain. The staff was pretty rude when I checked in, telling me that I didn’t have a reservation when I did. After some confusion and a room was located, the manager/owner didn’t apologize. She/he was more concerned about her cash payment than anything else.

It was the cheapest option we could find.

The rooms had windows to the corridor and the curtains were not opaque. My window to the corridor didn't close all the way. The light in the corridor would turn on everytime something happened. i.e. I could hear everything in the corridor and the light would shine in my room making it hard to sleep.

- We booked via booking.com and when we arrived at the place the receptionist claimed there had been a mistake and demanded that we annul the reservation. This would have resulted in us loosing the Visa deposit. The receptionist claimed this wasn't the case. Only after several minutes she reluctantly agreed to accept the reservation, but asked for a price that was higher than the one which was displayed on booking.com ! - Window in the wall next to the hallway. During the night, the light constantly went on which was annoying. - Very small bathroom/toilet. The bathroom door wouldn't open all the way because the toilet was in the way.
