E' una sciocchezza ma lo puntualizzo solo per raggiungere il TOP. Non è la posizione della TV che è sbagliata perchè il problema si può risolvere con una semplicissima staffa a braccio e aggiungo anche che il proprietario è talmente PROFESSIONALE che sistemerà il tutto in brevissimo tempo. Complimenti continuate cosi BRAVI.

We stayed in Appartment #1. Instructions how to get inside were very clear. The room was very comfortable and clean. We were amazed by the amount of ‚extras‘ (Mosquito repellent, Conditioner, free refreshers,..). Host allowed us to check out 30 mins later. If you stay a couple of days this stay is for you! The kitchen isn‘t very big tho so keep that in mind if you want to cook there.

The walls are rather thin so if you‘re a light sleeper that could be an issue. We slept like babies tho.

The only issue was the noise from the water tank pump outside my unit (#4), which would turn on several times a day for about 5 minutes each time. Otherwise everything was very satisfactory. If you need to buy groceries, there's a Walmart food market just a 5 minutes walk away. The little kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, even a blender.

Great communication from the staff and very friendly. The bed was comfortable the apartment was very clean, all around great place and even the location was not bad.

Everything was good, we spent two nights in the appartment. Easy to go at the beach with bus.

Comfortable beds, fast WiFi, free potable water, great water pressure and the kitchen is well-equipped. Within close walking distance to the ADO bus terminal and city centre/parque de las palapas. There was very interesting art work in the rooms as well.

Convenient location with easy access to Hotel Zone and beaches via taxi or local bus route R1 (only 16 pesos). Lots of restaurants within walking distance and Walmart right down the street. Access to the main building from the street was via keypad. Once inside, access to the actual apartment was via lockbox with keys inside. Quiet building. Large apartment. Super comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was well located, felt nice and clean and fresh, and all my communications with the hosts were great. The art of the walls was a cool feature, too.

The only negative was the bathroom - the lack of ventilation in there meant it got a musty smell quite quickly.

Many local restaurants within walking distance, or we could buy anything we need at the Walmart express just around the corner from us and prepare our own😎✌️

The windows are not very sound proof and the busy road noise etc could be heard, but was not a huge problem 😎✌️

Plenty of space in yhe apartment and good location.

The complimentary toiletries were empty. But everything else was fine.

Location was good - close to many nice restaurants and public transportation. Near by a Walmart Express and ADO Bus Station. The apartment is very spacious. The water tank was really nice.

We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor and the room did not smell well. It was not cozy and there was very little light in the apartment.

Dark, incomplete kitchen facilities (no oven, cutlery too old), only one toilet roll was made available for 4 people for 4 days! (we’d to buy it), couldn’t see extractor fan or smoke detector in the kitchen (safety risk). No kitchen towel (only some napkin provided). 2 bath and 2 hand towels provided; 2 of us had to use our own bath towels.

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who likes sleep. We stayed one night and it was the most horrible night in in the whole of Yucatan. You can hear evrything in other apartments and on the street. Apartment is closw to the highway so you can hear cars going by all the time. On top of that during our one single night people were trying to open the main door and since there is no reception at this place you will hear many disgruntled visitors in case there is an issue with the door. We’ve had people from 10-12 pm failing to open the door which makes a beeping noise every time a code is put in so good luck trying to sleep through that because you will heat it. On top of all that at 2 am some people couldn’t open that door as well so they started slamming on the door and screaming for somebody to open.

Location is close to pretty much everything, has some good local food places next door!

The size of the room was great. There was everything you need, hot plate, fridge, comfy bed, big shower. They even left a welcome gift in the fridge! This place is centrally located but it was so quiet at night. We were able to walk the majority of places and the bus was close if you wanted to go a bit further. The place felt secure and there was cameras on site. Staff were sooo good at responding quickly! I even had a whoops and thought I locked myself out - ended up being me putting the code in wrong. But they responded promptly, so if I was actually locked out I probably wouldn't have been stranded. The air conditioning blows cold and was comfortable at night. They provided a culligan style water dispenser for us that cannot drink the tap water. The value you are getting for your dollar here is beyond great! Would recommend this place to couples or friends :)

I didn't care as we didn't watch TV, but it was hard to use and was kind of confusing. I'm sure there was probably a way to figure it out, but again wasn't our biggest concern. We traveled Sun-Thurs so we avoided the weekend partiers if you will. There was one night there were some people next to us having a good time and we could hear them talking. Wasn't anything worse than a standard hotel room though.
