The accommodation was comfortable, cosy and well thought out. The hosts were fantastic and we’d definitely stay again!

The hosts Brian and Tracey were fantastic. Lots of communication before we arrived and gave excellent directions to the caravan. The caravan was lovely and clean and the hot tub was spotless. It is very close to the main entertainment venue. Brian and Tracey recommended pre-booking our activities, and I am glad we did. We went over the Easter hols and most activities had either completely sold out, or not enough slots for our full party (only 4 of us) The water activities are run by 3rd parties, so you have to look for their websites separately. A lot of the bar areas are outside seating, with outside stage area. Bring layers and a number of people had brought blankest to sit on.

There was nothing we didnt like about 19 Laurel Close, but here are a few things about Tattershall lakes: It seems that people who are not resident on site can come in to use the fishing lakes, which meant that we did struggle to find a spot. The lake that did have space was full of algae / slime. I would recommend going out early to get a fishing spot. The entertainment tent is very small, if you stay at peak times, you may struggle to get a seat.

The hot tub was a bonus

The pass price was way overpriced just because of bank holiday. Nothing to do with host not thier fault

Close to all amenities and Host left us wine and chocolates on arrival which was a lovely touch.

Not a comment about the property but we booked this trip for something exciting to do for New Years Eve. Unfortunately we were not advised that we would need to purchase an additional wrist band to access ALL New Years Eve entertainment. We had paid £60 for entertainment passes already for the weekend but these were unfortunately not valid on NYE and the wrist bands were all sold out. Just a shame we ended up back at the caravan for the evening when we booked this weekend especially for something to do for New Years Eve. Lovely stay other than that.

The caravan was so lovely and clean, very close to all the activities loved the hot tub! Upon arrival was greeted with wine and chocolates which was a lovely surprise! Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely holiday home. Holly, Spencer & Jack :)

The location was perfect for our break. We enjoyed the hot tube. The van was very well equipped. It had a lot more than we expected.

We didnt like paying for passes to use the outdoor pool. The food in the bar was not good, and over priced. Could not use the jet skis as they were under staffed.

The location, the lovely Hot Tub and the accommodation was very comfortable. Fabulous hosts too made our stay very easy.

The caravan was spotless and close to all amenities, everything was thought of to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. The hot tub was amazing and Tracy and Brian were helpful and communication was excellent. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this delightful caravan and it's owners to anyone wishing a fabulous break away.

The noise from RAF Coningsby was alarming at times - fab if you are a plane spotter but unfortunately we are not.

Amazing location so easy to find. It was clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was great really made our stay. Lovely touches from the hosts with the Prosecco and chocolate on arrival.

Nothing to dislike

From the initial booking and speaking to Brian we knew we’d found a lovely get away. All little extras had been thought about salt/pepper, kitchen roll and hand sanitiser. With a lovely welcome gift too for both us oldies and the kids. All the linen was fresh and clean, the property was immaculate and had lovely decor. And the hot tub wow clean,bubbly and hot. Could even feed the ducks as they passed by. Close to the amenities not that we used them found it too busy and noisy. Even our kids preferred to stay in to watch films and hot tub the day away. We’ll be back x

Need another shelf in the oven so can cook a little more at a time.

Fab clean caravan, very close to the facilities which are also great, very much enjoyed our stay and will return.
