Highly recommend that the scrambled eggs at breakfast be just a wee bit warmer.

It is roomy first of all. and they have a good breakfast buffet. It is clean everywhere. It is worth the money.

The location of a shower head. It was removable, so that you can use it freely. But when you wash your hair, it should be able to be locked up at a higher location than your head.

Friendly stuff, good ameneties. Clean jacuzzi. Also I liked the provided cosmetics.

I could hear a little noise from outside (nightclubs). Also there was a stain on the wall in my room (could be cleaned).

- Staffs are very kind and ative helper. - Good as business hotel, without family. -Three bottled waters are provided every day

- The smell of cigarette smoke from another room is coming in from the toilet's ceiling fan. - Subway and bus stations are not near. About 15 to 20 minutes on foot. - A lot of bars and drinking places near there, so you can't avoid cigarette smoke and bad drunks. - Next building is too close, sight via window is a little stuffy. - I think breakfast is not cost-effective. Of course, it's delicious and good if you don't mind about cost.

The room facilities were very good, having a massage chair, a clothing refresher machine, a jacuzzi, clean bathrobes, a warmed toilet seat, a charging station, and good beds.

It was all good.

A nice Hotel, the staff were pleasant to deal with.

We loved everything. The rooms were the best! The linens were Fresh, clean, fluffy and comfortable. The pillows were like airclouds, I wanted to steal 1 or 3 HaHa The spa tub was Awesome and so extra. The staff were just the best! SO I had a mini dilemma with a food app because it was in korean and it was the only one that worked in the area and of course I did not understand, so I asked the front desk to help me. So they went out their way and order our food on their apps and made sure I chose the food and to also see that the prices were matched to the food i chose. They paid with their card cuz my card was not accepted So i paid i just paid them back in cash. They did not speak fluent English but enough to understand eachother and I appreciated that they really tried, so I rated them as a 10 for the best customer service. They went over and beyond! The hotel is not much on the outside but once you go inside its another story, beatiful, elegant, clean, spacious and the rooms are sound proof because the hotel is smacked right in the middle of a busy area, near tons of bars and restaurants and right by the street. Other than that you wont hear the noise outside ❤🥰

Nothing at all. Maybe a recommendation, a laundry room maybe 😁😁😁 and also a microwave in the rooms hehehe please 😁🥰

Room was warm with marble floors, and had a Stylus closet for easy drycleaning.

The room had very little view as it was closer to the next building, parking is limited.
