One of the best stay in my booking history. Apartment new, clean, equipped with everything you need on vacation. Wonderful view from the terrace and pool. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very nice and contactable owners who help in any situation. A perfect place for a holiday - in my opinion the best in Crete. Highly recommend.

The road to access it is a bit tricky but if you go slowly you should have no problem.

Everything was perfect. Lovely apartments, where you can find everything you need, very clean and comfortable. The pool with the view - could not be any better :). Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

We spent 1 week in 2 apartments. What an amazing place! Beautiful view, clean pool and apartments with everything you might need during your stay. Alex (the owner) is very accomodating and helpful. If you'd like to have a piece of paradise far from all the crowd this is the spot! :)

The apartment is located in a quiet place,just a few minutes by car from the beach,restaurants and shops.It’s very clean and well equipped with everythink you need on vacation. The beautiful sunset from the terrace. Contact with Alex-pure pleasure.He’s very sociable,helpful and take great care of his quests. We can certainly recommend this places for a vacation.

The very warm welcome from the friendly hosts. In terms of equipment/facilities, it might've been the best place we've ever stayed in, incl. screens and electric blinds on all the windows, a complete, well-equipped kitchen, nice pool with a lovely garden and fantastic views. As there are only 3 apartments, the whole place feels very private/quiet.

The location is wonderful - but the last part of the street to the property is not only unpaved but also quite bumpy/rocky. Fortunately, it's only a 1-2 min. drive from the "good street" and no big deal.

We have organized our wedding in villa Phenomena and we couldn't choose better place for it. Hosts were very helpful and friendly, apartments are furnished with everything you can possibly need and are modern, nice and clean. We and or friends specially enjoyed pool area and terraces with a sea view. We liked it so much that we will for sure come back :)

There is absolutely nothing to dislike!

The owner Alex was more than hospitable and answered any questions we had about the area. The apartment was spotless and immaculate when we arrived, and had everything we needed. Not to mention, the views are absolutely stunning! My partner's suitcase zipper broke and Alex took it all the way to Chania for us, so that we could continue our vacation with no stress. He also bought us a whole box of artisan ice creams to cool us down from the heatwave. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be back soon!
