The staff was great. The breakfast was good.

The heating/cooling system is awful. You can't put the temp below 68°F and the fan only blows on low, so no one in our party (3 rooms of people) was comfortable because it was too warm in the rooms.

Delicious breakfast. A big variety and something for everyone. The area was kept clean and the food was presented nicely.

The pool towels were the size of tiny hand towels. We have two skinny little boys and the towels weren’t even long enough to wrap around their waist. My husband and I are over 6 feet tall and we were laughing because it was like having a hand towel to dry off with. Normally we wrap their pool towels around them to keep them warm while we go back to our hotel room, but these were so tiny and thin that we couldn’t even do that. I would recommend that the towels for the swimming pool area be upgraded so that they are as wonderful as the rest of the facility!
