staff was friendly and helpful

wasn’t impressed with the dog poop in the front parking lot. I mentioned it to the staff and although they said they would look after it, nothing was done. As well there was a garbage can outside that was overflowing.

We had a checkin time of 3pm. When we got there the receptionist was very rude and told us our rooms weren’t ready. We had dinner plans and had to get ready in the public bathroom as we had driven over 5 hours to get there. We then left for our night plans and I had called 3 times to see if our room was ready and it was not ready until 9:30pm. The only discount “given” was $25 and I still have not been given that money back. I have called multiple times asking for the manager and have not received a call back. Awful experience.

I was not able to check in my room until 9pm that night cause the rooms where not ready I had to wait for forever just to check in my son was sleep in the car cause I was waiting on my room and then it had bm on the carpet and the room had a smell to it😡😡😡😡

A beautiful old hotel on the river. Pretty nicely maintained, There was a very nice pool. Staff were very friendly. Beautiful old world woodworking and stained glass throughout the common areas. Very close to our ultimate destination, which was the old downtown area.

The included breakfast was a bit light. very basic.

Dismal location, very dirty, horrible breakfast — there were used food containers still in my room’s wastebasket when I arrived, there were some kind of flying bugs in the room, the room was very noisy and dusty, and there were no cups — this was my 4th and final stay here.

Comfortable bed

We checked in with 2 kids, it was over repeated to us multiple times at the front desk that quiet time was 10pm-6am. There were people in the bar and a private party making noise and keeping us awake until midnight. I ask the front desk to have the manager call me and it has been days and I have not received a call. Not worth the expense for suck a loud and poor nights sleep. Kids were miserable and grumpy all the next day.

The hotel room was great - very clean.

The pool was very small, had paint chips in it, couldn't see out of the windows, very dirty. The breakfast was lacking, no fruit, no cream cheese, nothing hot. Out of a lot of stuff at 9:50 when the breakfast goes until 10:30

It was set back in the woods with a bridge that led past the river.

The breakfast was NOT good. No juice, no eggs, etc. Cereal and fruit bars. Out of everyrthing.

Reserved riverview room and did not get it. Disappointing. Did research to find good restaurant on my own. No smiles from staff.
