Quiet location.

Sticky kitchen, kitchen utensils were dirty, and the cooking pots of bad quality. We booked a superior apartment, but it didn’t look that way.

We were staying in Pandream apartments which have the same owners. Our original room at Seashell apartments had problems and the owners couldn't check us in there. Pandream apartments had even better location closer to the sea and supermarkets. Good Wi-Fi, balcony with a table and chairs, microwave, drier. Good communication at reception.

OMG! It is probably the best experience I've had in Cyprus. My host was sooooo friendly from the beginning, she was there to welcome and showed me the room, and she even prepared the adapter for me (because she knows the difference between Cyprus and other countries). The apartment is big enough and bright! It is cleannnn and full of facilities. I was lucky to have apartment just next to the pool and the pool is clean as well.

The owner is very helpfull and cheerfull. Very beautiful road to the hotel and excellent swimming pool area.

There was missing a cutting board, and some light above the kitchen working area would be nice

Apart from the location , flat is in a 1970s 80s deco and equipments.. old rusty kitchen and bathroom . Noisy appliances. Glad we only stayed there for a night.

The whole Aparment , avoid booking it

Big fully equipped comfortable flats with kitchen and living room, swimming pool in the complex, closed to restaurants and supermarkets.

Flat fit out is a bit old, but everything is clean and works well. Only water pressure in the shower could be stronger.

The owner of the property is helpful absolutely in everything - he even organised fruit squeezer, additional table and extra frying pan for us! What is more all the staff was always very kind and nice. Every time they asked: how are you? And they also tend to make sure if there is something they can do for us. Literally everything they do is to make your stay convenient and as good as possible.

The furniture is old , AC is noisy, Fridges are too old,If they would renovate the furniture It would be a good place to stay in

The hotel is very near to the beach and to the bus stop, small local shop and restaurants. Also it is on the way from the airport. Location is awesome. The host is very kind, told us some tips about local restaurants. The place of stay was big house with two floors. The equipment was adequate.

The main problem was dirt in the kitchen. Kitchen had a putrid smell. Probably one wall was full of a mildew. Kitchen was well equipped but with a mildew. The equipment of the house was old but it didn't matter

Great location, close to the beach and the restaurants. Easy to reach by private and public transportation. The apartment is spacious and clean, with balcony and the kitchen has everything you need for a quick meal. We had a very late check in, but George was very helpful.

Located very well. Hardly anything else before they do something about it.

Our dirtiest experience, yet. We complained first time ever, yet it took a day and lot of convincing to make somebody to come take a look at the dirt after there were works done (painting) we were told. Who cares, a family was given such a dirty apartment, we were forced to send pictures, a lot of pictures, just to be told, there was nothing to be done. The next day cleaning was done, it was livabe after that. Whoever ever did a painting job understands how much cleaning one does need to do to not have sticky dirty hands after 3 days in here. What was unacceptable, were leftovers of the food cooked in some of the pans. The lady was unwilling to take a look at it. Once we kindly, convinced her to do so, she admited, this was something she would not stay at. But no one came to clean it anyway. We did. Wasted day by cleaning, using our own resources. We are no fussy travellers, but with one year old and five yr old, this was perhaps too much. During the whole stay, no one came to change towels, clean up the bins or supply some toilet paper, soap. We were 4 families, so this was not just us. We were literally shraing pans and pots to be able to cook for our children when needed. “Fully equipped kitched” is not at any of these apartments and make sure, you ask them about it before ever trying this place. We did not have enough or any pots, missing cutlery if any at all…huge fail one after another. The last but not least, we were shown another apartment (after being told they are fully booked - were not!) and it was as dirty. Made no sense to change. We also asked about ground floor as the only family with a buggy in the complex, we were forced to carry it up and down several times a day. The apartment bellow us changed guests approx 2-3 times. Yes, we could have been supplied at least ground floor apartment with basic cleaness. I am not even going into supplying no child bed, thus leaving one of us nowhere to sleep.

Great value for money - perfect for a one night stop close to Paphos airport.

The hosts were very nice, they gave us a warm welcome and was there to meet us.it was good as a stopover before we moved to our hotel down the road the next morning. I left two t-shirts behind and the hosts got in touch with me via booking .com to pick them up. Thank you for that. They showed us upgraded room which we could book next time.

I would have rated this accommodation excellent if the mattress on the bed were comfortable. we had 2 single beds in the rooms, the sofa bed and the guest bed in the living room. but all the 4 had very uncomfortable matresses. Therefore no-one had a good night sleep

The location was okay.

The room was dirty, old linen, dust. When we called the owner and informed him, after that he started cleaning and changing the bed linen, but even then the apartment was not clean. The internet was bad, they finally gave us an amplifier. Our advice would be to take care of the environment and quality from the beginning. And not after, when customers complain. There was not enough equipment in the room for 6 people. Their response was that the photos showed 4 chairs and a small sofa (that had collapsed)! The amount was different for 6 and 4 people. We paid for 6 people.

Arrived late & had to phone somebody to locate the apartment & keys. The pool & exterior were clean & Tidy. Nice room. Nice balcony area with table, 2 chairs & clothes drying rack. View was across a field. Washing machine provided in room. Beach was a fairly short walk. Shops & restaurants close by. Very quiet area. Cooker with oven in room. Nice quiet area. Nice to have the choice of bath or shower.

No reception area. Bed was noisy & uncomfortable. Water was luke warm for 2 days of our nine day stay. No plug in bathroom sink. Had to request a baking tray for the oven. We were provided with towels & bedding but they were not changed during our stay. The bins in the room were not emptied during our stay & we didn't see anywhere to empty them. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay. We were provided with 1 toilet roll - we requested more but didn't receive any. A toaster & microwave would have been nice (sandwich toaster provided)

I stayed on a room only basis in an area I know well and was only here for 2 nights. Room was a good size and clean. The host was fab, very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel. Overall excellent value for money. Can't rate the pool as I didn't use use it as it was early in the season and climate was too cold, looked clean and was a decent size. 5 min walk to the seafront. I usually go to Venus beach but Kefalos beach is also very nice.

Was all good and met expectations.
