This cottage is perfect for a short stay in Saffron Walden : it very quiet and comfortable ! It is also well equipped ! Will is very nice ans rasés tour stay.

Quiet little village setting, beautiful grounds to a lovely thatched cottage but yet also close enough to local towns and attractions. Modern newly built apartment and comfortable. Welcomed by the dog, and then lovely morning love daily for more fuss - such a character.

Very easy as the host met us upon arrival to show us around & how things worked. Baru, the dog is adorable and super friendly. Great easy access to 2 off street car parks. This is a lovely place to stay, very easy access to Saffron Walden and surrounds. Comfy, clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again. Spacious with good kitchen facilities. The host was swift at dealing with any query we had.

Was expecting to be greeted but no one there so had to ring owners who were on holiday abroad. Once we had instructions from them it was easy.

Few minor problems with cooker as no instructions. Some lights did not work. Luckily the owner’s brother called in and managed to fix the problems.

Excellent facilities, very clean, the bed was really comfy and great location, however it was difficult to get taxis, however with a bit of perseverance we managed to get one when needed. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others

Very modern, clean and comfortable accommodation in a quiet village location. Kitchen facilities provided were very good. Car parking provided, handy for visiting Cambridge. Saffron Walden is also very pretty, with good shops and eating places.

As it was very warm at night, summer weight (4 tog) duvets would have been appreciated. Instructions on using the hob and oven/grill would be helpful and quicker than looking on the internet!

Very comfortable property in a beautiful location. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating throughout. We will definitely consider staying here again if we revisit the area!

The only (very minor) issue was that there was slightly too little cutlery and only 2 mugs, meaning we had to run the dishwasher more often. Everything else was perfect!

Lovely little cottage! Neat and tidy - and great location in a quiet little hamlet a few minutes drive from Saffron Walden.

We wanted a peaceful break away from our busy city life and the cottage get away fit the criteria perfectly. Inside was beautifully decorated, with great facilities and it was super comfortable, we didn’t want to get up. For 3 people for 2 nights the price was very reasonable and the location is beautiful. Will and Sofia were super helpful when we had questions and their puppa was the most affectionate dog ever. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most likely return when we can! Thank you 😊

Good location in the countryside. Very quiet with view of the garden. Good walks on the doorstep. Also short drive to Saffron Walden which is a lovely, historic town. Very pleasant hosts.
