Best breakfast options I ever found at a hotel, especially if you are not after a full English. I travel very much for business and never did I have such amazing breakfast. Thank you! Exceptionally clean, well sized room, especially for the price. Very close to airport, not even 5 minutes by car. Very convenient too that there was no breakfast times either, we had a jet lag and were starving at 6am - no problem at this accommodation. Quiet, parking free and right in front of the door. Very comfy beds, not too hard, not too soft- just perfect. Very comfy pillows too. Superb mini bar choices, coffee, tea, even hot chocolate. Couldn't recommend more!

It was one of the best hotel stays I ever had, nothing to moan about. It could not have been any better.

Very convenient for Stansted airport. The host was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. It was easy to find. Plenty of comfortable bedding and a choice of pillows.

Some of the decor was a little old-fashioned. Although this didn't bother us it might not appeal to the pickiest guests.

Little Bullocks Farm was easily found by the Satnav. Lots of room to park our car for the week. Julie gave us a very lovely welcome and showed us our accommodation and the breakfast room. Our host was very helpful and booked a taxi to take us to Stansted Airport the next day. We enjoyed a really good night's sleep in a really comfortable bed and the area is very quiet. Good shower and lovely fluffy towels provided. The breakfast room provided everything we could possibly have wanted (continental) and more. Everything was very clean and welcoming and we felt very relaxed.

the property itself is excellent and in a great location for the airport

much though the property is great, i was pre charged by a middle company called eviivo ltd… the amount is STILL sitting in pending in my bank account meaning i have no access to that £89… i then had to pay a further £89 at the property, meaning i have paid twice until the pending £89 is returned to my account… the lady at the property is very nice but i now have confirmation that knowingly or otherwise they have at some point singed up to eviivo to handle their pre arrival payments… i am not surprised to have found this out as the lady at the property said on a number of occassions “oh this always happens” and “dont worry youll not pay twice” and “the money will return to your account, it always does”… surely these comments would indicate to the lady running the place that she needs to converse with eviivo and or booking.com to ensure her guests arent ripped off like i have been (as yeah the money may be returned ((yet to see)) but as it stands ive been charged twice for my stay with the lady knowing this was likely to happen (as per her comments)

It was close to Stansted Airport and you could leave your car there. But it was in a quiet location with lots of land. My son loved the small football field. The room was OK, more than good enough for one night’s stay. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice, it was a shame we didn’t have more time to enjoy it!

I got the impression that they had booked a taxi for us but they hadn’t and we couldn’t get one that early at short notice. This was more than made up for by the owner’s son driving us there.

Enough choices for continental style breakfast.

Convenience of location, v close to Stanstead. Good value for money. Parking facility at v reasonable cost.

Room was hot. Even with a ceiling fan on full it was very stuffy for sleeping.

Perfect location to the airport as the flight was very early. Great, welcoming environment.

what’s not to like?!

Plenty of free parking available. The room was a good size and contained everything I needed. A wide selection of continental breakfast items were on offer. It was in a good, quiet location with decent road transport links to the surrounding area.

We had two families stay here, the night before our wedding, which included the Bride to be, Brides maids and Page boys, which meant they didn't all have to travel at least an hour on the big day. Everything was catered for and more besides. The hosts were amazing, very friendly and understanding, so a huge thank you to them.

Beautiful quiet location.. Room was spotless & the different coffee options were a great touch. Breakfast in the morning was fab, plenty of choice cereal, bread, cheese. Different teas, coffee & hot chocolate couldn't fault.

Good for an overnight stay before a flight from Stanstead. Only about 15 mins drive. Quiet location. Comfy bed. Self service continental breakfast, good for an early start.

You really need a car as it is quite a long way from any public transport. If you do, it is a nice quiet location.

Really good distance from Stansted Airport. The room we stayed in was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Little touches such as hand cream and tissues were great. The breakfast was also excellent.
