It was ok, better some mornings than others

Arrived and "system was down", so given room key which didn't work and staff had to open door, no wifi available. Woken at 5.00am next day with people entering my room (other guests). Paid the full bill that morning, then that afternoon another charge appeared on my credit card which I had not authorized. When I queried the charge the mistake was acknowledged and I was told would be refunded in 14 days. I told them this was not acceptabe to refund immediately, but not company policy. On checkout the invoice did not show this amount overcharged as owing. I asked for a correction and was held for an hour until the duty manager handwrote on the invoice that I would be refunded in one month. POOR.

Less number of staff in common areas and Room Cleaning not done everyday until 2pm. Unheard of in a Marriott stature hotel.

الذي اعجبني هو تعامل الموظفين في الاستقبال أ. أصيل والاستاذه لطيفه كلاهما قمه في التعامل . والاستاذه شريفه قمه في الاخلاق والابتسامه والتعامل وكان ذلك الخروج

اولاً: التآخير في اجراءات الدخول والخروج لان لا يوجد الا موظف او موظفه واحده في الاستقبال وانا لا الومهم بل الوم ادارة الفندق وهذا عمل شاق بسبب زحمة الاجازه في الدخول لم اجد الا الأخ اصيل وكانت المساعده له بعد استدعاءها الاخت لطيفه وكلاهما قمه في الرقي ، وفي الخروج كانت الاخت شريفه فقط وكذلك قمه في الرُقي لكن كانت وحيده في الاستقبال. ثانياً : العامل الي يحمل الحقائب كان تعامله همجي وكان يطلب مني نذهب اولاً للسياره ونصع الحقائب وبعده يريدني ان ارجع للاستقبال ورفضت قلت له اولاً نذهب للاستقبال وبعده للسياره لاني انا ماراح ارجع مرتين من السياره للاستقبال ثم السياره كان يبحث عن مصلحته ولا همه النزيل . ثالثاً : موقع الفندق سيئ جداً جداً جداً جداً رابعاً: الغرف ضييييييييقه خامساً : القيمه الماليه للإقامه لا توازي الخدمات المقدمه في الفندق سادساً : لن اكرر الإقامه مره اخرى في هذا الفندق سابعاً: شكراً جزززززززيلاً للأستاذ أصيل والأستاذه لطيفه والأستاذه شريفه الف شُكر

The Friendliness of the Staff at Reception, and the location and its proximity to KAFD.

Great staff - very polite and helpful in both the reception and in the restaurants! The room was clean, nice size and well appointed. Great shower. Also a totally ok fitness centre and pool. Really good breakfast too, with both western and arabic options available. Good value for money, and well located by the Northern Ring Road. Very well sound insulated too. Would definitely return to this hotel!

As everywhere in Riyadh, it is impossible to go out just walking, you always need to get a car.. The location was at the same time very convenient for meetings, but also right by a busy highway...

We stayed for the Saudi National Day, requested for a room with a good view of the KAFD and kingdom tower, they were kind enough to grant our request and even upgraded our room. =) the Staff and Seven waiters are accommodating and responsive, the breakfast buffet is quite good with numerous variety of quality foods =)

there was a system glitch when we arrived but somehow they made a way to make our check-in convenient. Also, the indoor pool is clean but no thermal control it's quite cold.

Staff is not good at all Don’t expect an apology if anything happens They think u are staying for free Be aware and tape ur room door with anything because for them it’s ok to open ur room suddenly IF ANYTHING HAPPENS NEVER CALL THE RECIPIENT CAUSE THEY WILL TAKE IT PERSONALLY AND THE TIME THAT U ARE CHECKING OUT IS COMING U WILL FIND A SECURITY OUT SIDE UR DOOR TO TAKE U OUT

excellent location and staff very friendly & professional.this is third time I back to hotel.

Room was comfortable. Staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful and went out of the way to help with vegetarian food.

Reception team took nearly 45 minutes to check with booking.com for 2 nights reservation as they claimed they had received only 1 night reservation confirmation from booking.com. I sent customer service request to booking.com and none from booking reverted. Hotel stay seemed pricy for a 4 star.
