I looooved everything about the place, it's so peaceful and beautiful. Their rooms were very clean, and well prepared. 😍😍

This apartment is situated in a complex more like a small town. It offers the guest the free use of many really nice activities, such as the beach with canoeing, a bar, restaurant, fitness centre, laundromat, lifestyle centre etc. Given all the available amenities that come with the apartment, it does constitute value for money. The biggest bonus during our 4 day stayover, was the lack of loadshedding, due to a generator that comes on immediately load shedding started. Having a 4 day break from loadshedding was a huge plus for us. Also great Netflix and Wifi.

Our check in was extremely stressful as the owner didn't even know we were coming, despite messages sent to him previously. It took over an hour of being sent from gate to gate to eventually check in. Using the complexes facilities was also tedious as code's, bracelets and other security items had to be obtained before allowed through to use the amenities. The apartments walls were very thin, and the neighbours in close proximity. We could unfortunately hear everything happening in their rooms till 03h30 in the morning. Other things were missing or neglected in the apartment - no dustbin bags for a four day stay, chipped coffee cups, the kettle leaked more water than it actually poured, the freezer was so iced over, that the freezer doors could not open, lack of dishwashing liquid etc....the apartment is small, but functional, and all it really needs is a bit more love and attention, otherwise it has a lot of potential.

The checking out time was too early, at least they should've move it to 12:30 am 11 am

good location , the host was amazing. He would quickly answer to questions and anything else that u may need.

it wasn’t clean, had to sweep first before we could relax. it was like the host was sweeping all the way to the balcony, when u open the sliding doors.. all the dirt comes back inside. Most of the things in that apartment are rusty, and a bit dirty.

The Bed is terrible not comfortable at all.Blankets were very heavy and not suitable for summer weather. Only told when at the room trying to braai that only gas braais are allowed,which in this case the same gas braai was not provided but only the charcoal one.

Friendly host, response on time & makes sure you are at ease. Close to the lagoon, a walk away. Open plan, easy to navigate. The apartment was spacious. The apartment was very clean. Entertainment I give it a 100, Netflix, YouTube & DSTV kept my daughter busy.

First night the stove & oven was not working, making self catering a bit difficult. Electrical equipment must be checked before tenants move in. Cleaning equipment limited, mop missing, if I spill something I have to make other means to clean up.

Liked everything, the place was perfect

No backup solution for loadshedding. There was no power on the arrival and had to take a cold shower.

The accommodation was perfect

There wasn't braai utinsils, shower door didn't close properly, toilet paper holder broken, front door battle to lock and unlock with the key. The personnel at the entrance of the lagoon not friendly, barely explained that I need a wrist band , just pointed with her finger that I must go left. Very unhelpful seeing it was my first time and I didn't know what to do

The apartment is clean and comfortable, the lagoon and maximo food was excellent

The security at the gate were overbearing. Load shedding 😔
